Good Bones: Risky Business will feature Mina boldly going solo to purchase the historic Sanders House in the Indianapolis neighborhood of Fountain Square. More than a century old, the 7,000 square-foot property - which includes the main home and a carriage house - will be the largest project Mina has ever tackled in terms of size and budget and will require precise restoration to return it to its former glory.
The carriage house portion of Mina's massive Victorian passion project nears completion; when Mina gets some daunting news about her exploding budget, she must consider an unthinkable personal sacrifice to afford the rest of the project.
With the carriage house complete, Mina is finally ready to start transforming the main house at her Victorian passion project into a bed and breakfast. Despite a tight budget, Mina insists on restoring the historical, yet expensive, Victorian elements of the house, but is torn on how to make it also feel modern. When Mina learns that a friend wants to hold her wedding at Charlotte Hall in just a matter of weeks, the pressure is on to pick up the pace.
With just eight weeks remaining before the first scheduled wedding, Mina is feeling the squeeze to finish the entire renovation at Charlotte Hall. And when a major plumbing disaster strikes, the project's on-time completion could be in total jeopardy.
With just four weeks remaining, Mina races to complete the exterior, the speakeasy and kitchen before Charlotte Hall's first big event. And as winter weather causes construction delays, Mina's plans for the perfect outdoor wedding could get derailed.
Looks like something went completely wrong!
