One's a Greek. One's a geek. They both go to Cyprus-Rhodes University and they're related. Poised to become the most powerful girl in the Greek system, big sister Casey is everything an "it" girl should be. Beautiful… vivacious…funny and warm…except to her brother Rusty. He's the geek; or rather he used to be way back in high school-at least three months ago. Rusty may excel in the honors engineering program, but what he really wants is what the other guys have. A broken hearted Rusty and Casey head back to school for a new semester after the fallout from the newspaper article that turned the Greek system upside down. Under the watchful eye of Dean Bowman and a newly assigned ZBZ national rep, Casey organizes an all Greek carnival in support of the dean's favorite charity. At the carnival, the Plain White T's return for another performance as the Kappa Tau band.

Realizing that her sorority sisters were getting bored with the new low key and traditional rules of ZBZ, Casey comes up with an idea to follow the rules and yet break them at the same time. Therefore, she enlists the help of Cappie and his Kappa Tau brothers to throw a prohibition type party with a Great Gatsby theme. Will they get busted by Dean Bowman?

Rebecca and Casey's rivalry intensifies during Big Sister/Little Sister week after Casey learns of Rebecca and Cappie's relationship, and hooks up with a 16-year-old. Meanwhile, Rusty feels alienated by his fellow Kappa Tau pledges. Dale attempts to "cure" Calvin of his homosexuality.

Kappa Tau and Omega Chi face off in an epic battle of practical jokes complete with water guns, duct tape and farm animals. Rusty tries to mediate the situation to save his friendship with Calvin but finds it only escalates the rivalry. Meanwhile, Casey learns that the only way to rid ZBZ of Lizzi, the conservative national rep overseeing them, is to forgive Frannie and reinstate her in a "diamond" ceremony.

With the annual Greek Ball on the horizon, Casey and Cappie recall a fateful development from their freshman year, and Casey is also reminded of a selfless act by Frannie that had a major impact on her life.

When the ZBZ girls express their desire to reunite with the Omega Chi's, Casey is put in a position of having to face her past relationship with Evan head on, causing her to come to grips with her feelings about him. Meanwhile, Rusty has a new crush and oddly enough it is Dale who helps him get a date with the girl. However, since Rusty has only had one relationship in the past, his eagerness to find someone new just might backfire.

It's freshman parents' week and Rusty attempts to prevent his parents from seeing Kappa Tau. Casey is concerned with impressing Senator Logan, while fighting off his disapproval. Dale discovers he's growing apart from his close-knit family. Discovering her father's infidelity, Rebecca uses Cappie to disappoint her high profile father.

When a series of bizarre fraternity coaching competitions pits the Zeta Beta sisters against one another, Casey develops a crush on a Lambda Sigma brother, and Rebecca is assigned to help the Kappa Taus, putting her relationship with Cappie to the test.

Dissension in the ranks at the Zeta house erupts when Ashleigh gets special treatment from Casey. Cappie tries to get rid of restrictions while Rusty finds himself attracted to Tina, the girl who wants to take down the Greek system.

Since the party restrictions have now been lifted, Omega Chi and Kappa Tau throw competing parties to celebrate. But the Kappa Taus discover they might not have the funds to put on the kind of party they are known for - will they be able to pull it off? Find out which fraternity party prevails.

With Spring Break just around the corner, Cappie decides his pledges need to "practice" with their face I.D.'s, leading Rusty to get himself into a tricky situation. Meanwhile, Casey goes to Evan for help with her LSAT test and in the process she begins to question her future.

The Greeks head to Myrtle Beach for spring break and everyone lets loose, especially Rebecca after she hears some devastating news. In an effort to get over Casey, Evan finds himself drawn to Frannie. Rusty discovers that spring break is not all it's cracked up to be and heads home.
