In a world shaken by an epidemic of madness that spreads through language and speech, a former linguist Murat Siyavus who has been at a long lasting hideout, is the only person mysteriously unaffected by this disease. Hunted by the ruthless Anti-Epidemic Institution, Murat is forced to leave the safe zone and flee within the flames and ruins of the mysterious streets of Istanbul, where he searches for the secret of his "hot skull" - a lasting mark of the disease.
After an incident at the supermarket, Murat gets on Anton`s radar and has to leave his hideout in search of a lost friend presumed to be dead.
Anton listens to Murat`s taped recordings. With the AEI on his tail, Murat must find a way into the 6th Zone. Anton hides a personal secret.
Murat recalls his past in the 6th Zone. Convinced of Murat`s immunity, Sule introduces him to Plus 1 researchers. The blue pills provide a lead.
Anton searches for Murat and must confront Canan. Conflicts erupt within the Plus 1. Yasemin plays mind games with Murat. Fazil decides to punish Canan.
Anton must fly under the radar, but Fazil forces his hand. Ozgur recounts the day of the fire. As Murat faces a moral dilemma, Viktor`s order arrives.
Fazil detains Emel, Anton tries to contact Murat, and Sule must decrypt a message. Disturbed by his re-encounter with Haluk, Murat devises a risky plan.
AEI tightens security. Murat and Sule try to prevent the attack. Murat negotiates with Fazil. D-Day arrives for everyone, but Fazil has his own agenda.
