1993 brought us a re-built ABC Wednesday night comedy line-up with Home Improvement as the anchor @ 9:00 and three other new shows (Thea, Grace Under Fire and Moonlight Over Miami) surrounding this rather standard-issue family comedy, starring Peter Onorati, which dropped in at 9:30.

Joe's life? Don't ask. It's a mess. He's an electrician who can't find a job, so he moonlights at his brother's restaurant. And his wife holds the day job - so just when Joe would love to get some sleep, someone has to also be Mr. Mom to his brood of three kids. Guess who? That's Joe's Life.
