Next Episode of Kids' CBC is
unknown.
Starting September 3, "Kids' CBC" will launch Kids' Canada, a new engaging on-air and online preschool environment that will introduce kids to uniquely Canadian puppet and animated characters in settings that represent Canada from coast to coast to coast, along with real kids from across the country. It's all in an effort to celebrate Kids' CBC's Canadian schedule of programs and shorts, a different choice for parents in a sea of channels and foreign program options.
We'll learn about food in Kensington Market, catch the alphabet in Peggy's Cove, sing along in French with a saucy salmon, dance with a dinosaur in the Alberta Badlands and make friends round a mountain campsite in B.C. Attitude? It's preschool with Canadian cool.
Kids set out on their Canadian Odyssey with much loved host Patty Sullivan, who is joined this year by Sid Bobb, a veteran of Canadian Geographic Kids. By focusing the show around this dynamic duo, we aim to connect with children and their families in a warm and interactive style that promotes healthy friendships and self-esteem.
This is a show that takes funny seriously - at least as seriously as you can with the belief that children who are laughing are more open to learning. As Sid and Patty take turns playing funny and straight, kids see role models who can at times be silly, sincere, wrong, right and even upside down on occasion. Kids' Canada is produced by CBC Television, and appears between shows during the "Kids' CBC" preschool programming block. (Source: http://www.cjdctv.com/shows/643653)
