In Kompani Lauritzen, former professional cyclist and paratrooper Dag Otto Lauritzen throws 14 celebrities on deep water in the hope that bone-hard discipline and intense challenges will turn them into whole people who live out their full potential. The recruits get ready for the first inspection. After their mental capacity has been mapped, several of the recruits feel both despair and hopelessness in the face of the Colonel's new mud trail.
Many feel both fear and their own inadequacy when the recruits have to carry out one of the colonel's signature exercises; Exercise Tower Jump. In exercise Hinderegg, new challenges await both the brain and the body.
Exercise Hinderegg continues and more people feel mastery in the face of the difficult tasks.
The recruits receive their first feedback in military terms before they go out into the field for the first time, completely unaware that it is the day of hell that has begun. After a short night under the open sky and heavy marching, the first recruit goes to the ground.
Hell's Day is underway and the recruits must go through a series of demanding exercises both individually and in teams. With only a non-stop as sustenance, there are several people who struggle to stay conscious.
It is ready for the aspirant ceremony and the first fog match of the season, where 2 recruits must leave the company and go home.
In the first aspirant week, it is all about focus and military skills and the aspirants get to feel both adrenaline and aggression in a meeting with the company's melee expert.
The aspirants are given weapons and, after training, both commando drill and shooting await before they go through a team exercise that will decide which two aspirants have to fight in the dark.
After an action-packed CQB exercise, the losing team must send their two worst in a fog match, and the season's first aspirant is sent home.
The aspirants have to go out into the field and with heavy luggage it leads to new challenges in practice; Red and green light and exercise; Guard duty.
After a long night, the mood is low among the guys and several struggle with motivation. The aspirants receive new feedback in Military relations, before they start practicing infantry running, where one of the partner teams gets lost.
Operation Hoppeslott continues, and the losing team must send its two worst in a fog match where an aspirant must pack his bag and go home.
Several are unhappy that the Colonel has settled in Voss, and he is therefore planning a charm offensive to appease the local population. The Major has been assigned to organize the charm offensive and the mood is palpable when the Colonel realizes what the Major has planned.
An aspirant is distraught after failing the Nutcracker exercise. Back at camp, panic breaks out when two of the aspirants are kidnapped. The aspirants are located and in the mission Storefri they must be rescued in a spectacular operation.
After completing the mission, two graduates must fight to keep their place in Kompani Lauritzen.
It is sanitation day in Kompani Lauritzen and the aspirants' ability to cope with stress is put to the test during exercise Slagmark.
The aspirants will learn to cope with stress, which they will test to the full both in Bob's house and in the Flag stress exercise.
Flag stress continues, and the two who lose have to go out in a duel to secure a place further in Kompani Lauritzen.
After a few hard weeks, the aspirants will recharge their batteries with a bike ride in nice surroundings. But the trip becomes anything but welfare when it ends in one of the colonel's favorite exercises.
The aspirants put their courage to the test when they go through exercise Luftlommer. In Operation Bukkene Bruse, several of the aspirants have an unpleasant encounter with their own fear of heights.
The fear of heights continues in operation Bukkene Bruse. In the fog match, another aspirant has to put on his rucksack and go home.
The exam in the aspirant period awaits and those who are now left must show that they can survive in the wilderness, if they are to achieve the goal of getting the orange beret.
The aspirants are captured, which presents great challenges for an aspirant. When they are finally set free, the mood is low before they once again have to survive outside, this time on their own. One of the aspirants has had enough and wants to retire.
After two hard nights in the wilderness, the commander gathers to assess who deserves the orange beret of those who remain.
Kompanijegerne wake up to their first day wearing the orange beret. Unfortunately, there will be little time to enjoy the newly acquired existence, because the enemy has sinister plans and if they are to avoid Voss herad being submerged, the hunters must show that they master everything they have learned.
Kompanijegerne must prevent the colonel's enemies from succeeding in their evil plans. Unfortunately, most things go wrong and several of the hunters are taken out of the competition.
Kompanijegerne are on the run, and unexpected help turns the mission upside down when the winner of Kompani Lauritzen 2024 is to be chosen.
