The kids are home for the holidays, but they have to get used to a new family situation since Matt moved out of the main house and into the bridal suite to give him and Amy some space and time to work out their differences.

It's springtime and big changes are in bloom at Roloff farm. Matt and Amy keep a united front at Jeremy's graduation; Amy seeks out a business venture of her own; and Jeremy decides to take his relationship with Audrey to the next level.

The family go on a ski trip for the weekend in an attempt to repair broken bonds when Matt and Amy's troubles overshadow Jeremy and Audrey's wedding plans.

Pumpkin season's approach inspires an idea to drum up business by entering a float in a local parade. Meanwhile, Jeremy and Audrey are overwhelmed by wedding plans with only a few months to go.

With Jeremy's big day just months away, Operation Wedding Preparation is in full swing on the farm. Following in his twin's footsteps, Zach reveals he wants to marry the love of his life, girlfriend Tori, and he is ready to pop the question.

Jeremy and his bride-to-be, Audrey, feel equally nervous and excited as they complete the final details for their wedding. Meanwhile, Matt falls seriously ill and everyone worries he will not be able to attend his son's big day.

As Matt struggles to get everything set for Pumpkin Season, Jeremy & Zach juggle their duties as fathers with their farm responsibilities. Tensions rise when Amy negotiates selling her baked goods at the farm & the new pirate ship may be a money pit.

As Pumpkin Season comes to a close, Matt is helped by friend & actor Martin Klebba. Amy & Caryn find themselves working together to plan a closing party. Jeremy & Audrey face a health scare. Zach & Tori try to have a date night.

Matt & Caryn consider buying a vacation home in Arizona. Amy ponders her own future & if she will continue to live on the farm. Zach worries Jackson's 6-month checkup could uncover LP medical concerns. Jeremy & Audrey must deal with a major disaster.

The Roloffs meet to discuss the future of the farm; Matt gets serious about making investments on his own; Zach and Jeremy take their wives and new babies on an overnight getaway to the Oregon coast.

It's Jackson and Ember's first Christmas. Amy and Matt plan separate holiday parties, and Amy hopes her kids will enjoy celebrating with Chris. At Matt and Caryn's party, he shares big news with Zach and Jeremy, bringing the future of the farm into the present.

Zach and Tori learn a lot about being new parents to new baby Jackson; the future of the Roloff farm is on everyone's mind.
