From coast to coast, the "Little Women" cast has dealt with it all when it comes to their love lives. Now at crossroads in their relationships LA's Tonya and Kerwin, Briana and Matt, and Christy and Todd, meet up with Atlanta's Tiny Twinz Andrea and Amanda and their boyfriends Chris and Jordan. New York's Lila and her new love interest Brian and the Big Apple's Jazmin and David, also join the crew. and David, also join the crew. With the help of a relationship guide, the couples work to better themselves, while participating in adventurous excursions that push them out of their comfort zones and force them to face their issues head on. As the curtain is pulled back, some will reach their breaking point while some may fall deeper in love.
After a partner swap, Matt tries to make amends with the group and Christy realizes that her mothering ways may have killed the passion in her marriage. Meanwhile, Amanda confronts Andrea about moving back to Atlanta and wonders if the Tiny Twins are over for good?
The couples are challenged to let go of the past, but Andrea can't, and things get heated when she finally confronts Chris. Briana and Christy begin to repair their friendship while Tonya questions if Kerwin is "the one"?
Jazmin pushes David past his comfort zone; a repetitive fight makes Tonya and Kerwin rethink their future together; two of the men scheme a plan that may shock their wives.
As the retreat draws to a close, two couples plan to renew their wedding vows; Jazmin and David hit a snag when it comes to planning their vow renewal ceremony; Andrea and Chris make a life-changing decision.
