Each week, vegan and internet chef sensations Henry Firth and Ian Theasby are joined by guests in the kitchen for their signature quick, delicious, fuss-free recipes with wow presentation. Cooking up pizzas, burgers, curries, pies, big breakfasts, decadent desserts – nothing is off the menu. They'll show you just how easy it is to recreate all your favourite meals without the meat and dairy. There's plant-based breakfasts, meat and dairy-free lunches, vegan dinners, plus a dessert or delicious but healthy snack. Each dish stands alone, or the whole menu can cut down on meal prep time for the week ahead.
Ian and Henry kick off with a spicy, jackfruit chilli, followed by their vegan friendly, gooey camembert hedgehog.
Food writer Anna Jones brings a taste of Korea to the kitchen with her delicious carrot and sesame pancakes.
Then, the boys create their magnificent mezze layer cake - perfect for entertaining. To round things off there's a decadent chocolate mousse for dessert.
Ian and Henry kick off with their version of the classic Chinese dish Crispy Duck Pancakes, and follow it up with an American favourite, Spicy Cauli Wings with Ranch sauce.
Their old friend, Luke Robinson calls in to make a beautiful dish of Miso Glazed Aubergine.
Next Henry and Ian use the very best Winter vegetables in their Hearty Herby Stew, and finish with a showstopping sweet treat - their Pain Au Chococake.
Ian and Henry serve up a comforting dish of pastaball marinara - their take on meatballs in tomato sauce.
Next up, is baked banana French toast, topped off with a juicy, warm, berry compote, a healthier way to start your day.
Chef Meriel Armitage stops by and cooks her signature BBQ glazed jackfruit ribs, while the boys demonstrate their answer to a Chinese takeaway with crispy chilli tofu and special fried rice.
To round things off, Ian and Henry plate up their gorgeous peanut butter and jelly chocolate brownies.
Ian and Henry kick off with their take on a classic fish pie - their Creamy Seaside Pie.
Next, they bring a taste of Mexico to the kitchen with Chilli and Nachos, the perfect snack for a night in.
Rachel Ama drops by to cook her Harissa Hotpot, gorgeous aubergine cooked in a hot and spicy sauce, then the boys serve up their Big Burrito Cake, filled with all kinds of goodies: sweet potatoes, smoky peppers and spicy rice.
They round off the show, and the series, with their decadent New York Style Cheesecake topped with strawberries.
