Love at First Lie is a competition show that allows viewers to play along at home to discover who is in a real relationship and who is fake. Power games test their relationships and give insight into who could be telling the truth or lying through their teeth. At the end of each episode, during the Truth Ceremony, the couples must eliminate who they think is lying about their love from the competition. If they guess correctly and kick out liars, they add $25,000 to the prize fund each time. Only one couple can win and take home the entire prize pot, but will they be lovers, or will they be liars?
The group gets physical with a lighthearted yoga challenge, but Brandi and Lawrence's divisive gameplay tactics and Clove's intimacy sharing circle expose some of the couples.
Yuriy and Alicia's chemistry as a couple is called into question after their dance duet at the talent show, and Brandi and Lawrence scramble to save their spot in the house.
With four couples left, the lovers lunch with other housemates and search for last-ditch efforts at deception.
On the last day, the winning couple is crowned -- but not before the finalists answer burning questions, surprise guests arrive to wreak more havoc in the house and loyalties are questioned.
