Love It or List It comes to Australia in a brand new series featuring hosts Andrew Winter and Neale Whittaker as they help homeowners across the country with one of life's biggest dilemmas - renovate or sell up. Each episode is packed with renovations, property searches and good-natured competition between our hosts.
Professional couple Jess and Chris live with their four children in a classic but dysfunctional three-bed Queenslander. The layout is all wrong and there is only one bathroom. Jess loves the heritage features and feel of this property and sees it as her forever home. Chris has his eye on the future and wants to move to something bigger with less maintenance. It's up to Neale to make this limited space into a functioning family home that will change Chris's mind. Andrew has to find a new home for Jess with that elusive quality: soul.
Retiree John and insurance broker Sharyn live in a four-bed home in St Ives Chase. They are the classic empty-nesters with a home that's stuck in the 1970s. Sharyn is embarrassed by their daggy house and wants to release the capital in the property to fund a modern sea change. John is very committed to staying. He loves the location and the serenity and is very resistant to change.
Neale not only has to bring this home up to date to persuade Sharyn to stay but he has to also convince John that the changes are for the better. Andrew has to show John that life can exist somewhere other than St Ives Chase.
Leanne and Glen's family of nine is bursting at the seams in their tiny home in Canterbury. Neale has to conjure space where there is none and Andrew has to persuade Leanne that life will be better somewhere else.

Mel and Macca have nine kids and all the space in their home is in the wrong place. Neale has to redesign the house to make it open plan; Andrew has to pry Macca from what he already thinks is his perfect home.
Margie and Grayson live in their dated Jindalee home with their two daughters. Neale has the task of bringing the daggy decor up-to-date, while Andrew has to find a family home closer to Brisbane where the couple work.
Anita and Cameron have a five-bed home. The layout stops them from spending family time together with their three kids. Neale must reunite this floor plan to persuade Anita to stay, while Andrew has to find a better home nearby.
