The new season of Match Fit is kicking off, mixing up the codes with Sir Graham Henry and Tawera Nikau.The fourth season of Threes' Match Fit will see a clash of the codes, with former All Black coach Sir Graham Henry coaching ex-union legends and former league super star Tawera Nikau coaching ex-league legends.
All Black legends Sir 'Buck' Shelford and Sir 'Ted' Henry challenge a new team of All Black greats to get back in shape for a final match of epic proportions.
Our team of former All Blacks are put through their paces with a strongman challenge, and face some hard truths, ahead of their first match. Made with the support of NZ on Air & Te Māngai Pāho.
Our team goes on tour to the East Coast to represent the black jersey with their first game of full contact rugby. Can the old boys beat the heartland team on their home turf.
Halfway through our players journey the final face off is in sight but first there's an even tougher challenge to confront, and moving goal posts means hitting their targets gets even tougher.
