Across London, rivals Brentford travel the short distance to Chelsea, aiming to secure a hat trick of wins at Stamford Bridge, a ground they had previously only won once at in their history.

Newcastle beat Manchester City in the EFL Cup in September, but the Magpies are winless in the last nine league meetings between the two sides. Fulham, meanwhile, have not won a top-flight match away to Chelsea since 1964 but will hope to capitalise on the Blues' inconsistent form under head coach Mauricio Pochettino this season.
Coverage of the third-round replay, which takes place at Ashton Gate. The Championship outfit took a contingent of 9,000 fans to London Stadium for the original tie nine days ago, and put in a stirring performance to come back from a goal down to secure a 1-1 draw and earn tonight's replay. For Hammers manager David Moyes, this is a rare managerial return to a ground he graced as a player having represented the Robins from 1985 to 1987, and he'll be hoping to avoid an early exit from the competition.
Highlights and reaction from the day's two Premier League games as title-chasing Arsenal host Crystal Palace and Brentford take on Nottingham Forest.
Arsenal had their Premier League winter break last weekend when many of the other title hopefuls were in action. Mikel Arteta's side won the reverse fixture against Palace in August, thanks to a Martin Odegaard penalty, but they have only beaten the Eagles once in their past five meetings at the Emirates.
Brentford could be bolstered by the return of their star man Ivan Toney, following the end of his eight-month ban for breaching betting rules. He scored the equaliser in last season's corresponding fixture against Forest, with the Bees going on to win in stoppage time.
All the action from the fourth-round tie at Portman Road. National League South outfit Maidstone are the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, but claimed the scalp of a Football League outfit in the previous round when they overcame Stevenage 1-0. However, they face a tough test against the Tractor Boys, who have impressed in the Championship this term and won 3-1 at AFC Wimbledon in round three.
Highlights of the latest fourth-round ties, including Ipswich Town v Maidstone United at Portman Road and Fulham v Newcastle United at Craven Cottage. Maidstone were the lowest-ranked side left in the competition and their reward for defeating League One Stevenage was a trip to Championship promotion-chasers Ipswich. Meanwhile, Fulham were looking to move a step closer to lifting the trophy for the first time, and Newcastle have not won the competition since 1955.
Coverage of the fourth-round tie, held at Rodney Parade. Newport earned this plum draw by defeating non-league Eastleigh after a replay and will now aim to cause a major upset against the 12-time cup-winners, who prevailed 2-0 away to Wigan Athletic in the previous round thanks to goals by Portuguese duo Diego Dalot and Bruno Fernandes. Gary Lineker presents, with analysis from Micah Richards, Alan Shearer and Michael Flynn.

All the action from the fourth-round replay at Home Park, as the teams compete for the right to face Chelsea or Aston Villa in round five. United went into their match with the Cottagers having won eight of the last 10 meetings, while the Gunners and Magpies faced each other in a match-up that had seen the losing team go scoreless in 10 of the last 11 matches, with the other contest being a 0-0 draw. Plus, Aston Villa v Nottingham Forest, Brighton & Hove Albion v Everton, Crystal Palace v Burnley, and Bournemouth v Manchester City.
Gary Lineker is joined in the studio at Ewood Park by former Blackburn and Newcastle legend Alan Shearer as the two sides meet in the FA Cup for the ninth time in 29 years. Newcastle have advanced from all five ties against Rovers during that period, although three went to a replay - including the most recent meeting, which the Magpies won 4-2 away after extra time in the 2018-19 third round. With no replays held at this stage of the competition, the winner must be decided on the night.
Twelve-time FA Cup winners and last year's beaten finalists, Manchester United, face a tricky trip to Forest, who beat them in the league at the County Ground at the end of December. That 2-1 victory ended a run of 11 straight defeats for Nottingham Forest against the Red Devils, which included two Premier League encounters and the two-legged EFL Cup semi-final in 2023.
Gary Lineker presents highlights and analysis from all the day's seven Premier League matches, which have a big impact on both the top and bottom of the table.

All the goals, drama and expert analysis from the day's three fixtures in the Premier League, including two huge matches between four teams at the foot of the table.
Luton welcome fellow strugglers Nottingham Forest to Kenilworth Road, with both sides desperate for three points in their battle for survival. When the sides met earlier in the season, the Hatters came from two goals down to snatch a crucial point in injury time.

Pep Guardiola's City have won twice away at Luton this season, in the Premier League and the FA Cup, with Erling Haaland scoring five goals in the latter meeting. It's 41 years since Luton beat City in Manchester, but the current side's indomitable spirit has given them a fighting chance of avoiding an immediate return to the Championship.

Gary Lineker introduces highlights of the day's six Premier League matches, including title-chasing Arsenal's match at home to Bournemouth.
In this fixture at the Emirates Stadium last season, the Gunners came from 2-0 down to stun the Cherries, thanks to a brilliant winner from Reiss Nelson in the 97th minute. However, Mikel Arteta's men found the going much easier when they met back in September, securing a very comfortable 4-0 victory at the Vitality Stadium.
The day's other matches include Manchester City v Wolves, Brighton against Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest's trip to Sheffield United.
Gary Lineker presents highlights from all the day's fixtures on the penultimate weekend of Premier League action, which includes Manchester City's trip to Fulham.
City, who have been involved in one of the most exciting title races in years, thrashed Fulham 5-1 at the Etihad earlier this season and will be looking for another three points today.
It's also been a rollercoaster ride at the bottom of the table, and there could be a few more twists and turns today as Everton host Sheffield United, Burnley travel to Tottenham, West Ham face Luton and Nottingham Forest meet Chelsea at the City Ground.

This campaign has been thrilling at both ends of the table, with a host of teams battling it out for the title and fighting to avoid relegation.
Can it match a dramatic day in 2023 when two relegation places were yet to be confirmed, with Everton ultimately extending their stay in the top flight to 70 years after defeating Bournemouth 1-0 at Goodison Park?
Gary Lineker hosts live coverage of the FA Cup final between holders Manchester City and twelve-time winners Manchester United at Wembley.
This is the first time since 1885 that the FA Cup final will be contested by the same two clubs in consecutive years. City were victorious 12 months ago, thanks to two goals from captain Ilkay Gundogan, either side of a penalty converted by United captain Bruno Fernandes.
Erik ten Hag's side – who reached a record 22nd final, following a tight penalty shoot-out victory against Coventry City in the semi-finals – are aiming to win the competition for a 13th time, while another City success will be their third FA Cup trophy in the last six seasons, and eighth overall.
Another chance to see the best of the action from the 2024 FA Cup final between local rivals Manchester City and Manchester United.

Germany v Scotland. Alex Scott presents action from the Group A match at Munich Football Arena, as the tournament got under way. The hosts are looking to emulate their last triumph in this tournament at Euro 96, while Scotland are aiming to progress beyond the group stage of a major tournament for the first time.
Coverage of the Group B match from BVB Stadion Dortmund, as the current holders play their first match of the competition. Italy finished second in their qualifying group behind England, after losing both of their matches against Gareth Southgate's side. They will be looking to become the first country since Spain in 2012 to successfully defend the title, and start as clear favourites here. This is only Albania's second-ever appearance at a major competition, having previously taken part in Euro 2016, where they finished third in a group that also featured France, Romania and Switzerland. Unfortunately for them, that wasn't enough to help them progress to the next round, and with Spain and Croatia also in this group, they're the clear underdogs to progress. Gary Lineker presents, with commentary by Steve Bower and Jermaine Jenas.
Mark Chapman presents coverage of the Group D match from Volksparkstadion Hamburg. The Netherlands will be looking to improve on a disappointing recent record in Euros finals, having not made it past the quarter-finals since 2004. In 2021, they sailed through their group, finishing top with three wins out of three and scoring eight goals in the process, only to lose to Czechia 2-0 in the last 16. Poland made it to this tournament after defeating Wales in a play-off final penalty shootout, after they finished third in their qualifying group behind Albania and Czechia. They'll be looking to fare a lot better than their last appearance at this competition, when they finished bottom of their group after drawing one game and losing the other two, with even the goals of Robert Lewandowski unable to help them progress. With commentary by Robyn Cowen and Martin Keown.
Coverage of the Group C match from Arena AufSchalke in Gelsenkirchen, as Gareth Southgate's men kick off their tournament. The Three Lions famously finished runners-up at the previous finals, losing on penalties to Italy in the showpiece match, despite taking an early lead through a Luke Shaw goal. They go into the finals as one of the favourites to lift the trophy this time around, with the likes of Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden having exceptional seasons for their clubs, and a wealth of talent at Southgate's disposal. Their opponents are playing at their first Euros since they separated from Montenegro and became just Serbia, and will be looking to upset the odds in this encounter. They made it to this tournament by finishing second in their qualifying group on 14 points, four behind Hungary, whom they lost to twice, and they would be happy with a point in this first competitive meeting between the nations. Gary Lineker presents, with commentary by Guy Mowbray and Alan Shearer.
Mark Chapman presents coverage of the Group E match from Munich Football Arena. Romania finished top of their qualifying group ahead of the likes of Switzerland and Israel to make it to this tournament, and are playing in the finals for the first time since 2016. They endured a dismal campaign in France, finishing bottom of a group that featured Switzerland, Albania and the host nation, picking up just one point from a possible nine. Their opponents today made it through to the finals thanks to Chelsea attacker Mykhailo Mudryk's 84th-minute winner, as they came from behind to beat Iceland 2-1 in a play-off final. Three years ago, they reached the quarter-finals before they were thoroughly outplayed in a 4-0 defeat to England in Rome, and will fancy their chances again in a group that also features Belgium and Slovakia. With commentary by Steve Wilson and James McFadden.
Alex Scott presents the latest action from Germany, featuring Romania v Ukraine at Munich Football Arena and Belgium v Slovakia at Frankfurt Arena in Group E, and Austria v France at Dusseldorf Arena in Group D, as the six nations got their tournaments under way. France in particular will have high hopes for the tournament after reaching the last two World Cup finals, though they suffered a shock defeat at the hands of Switzerland in the last 16 of this tournament four years ago.
Coverage of the Group F match from BVB Stadion Dortmund, as Georgia make their first ever appearance at a major finals. The Crusaders beat 2004 champions Greece in a play-off final to qualify for this event, winning 4-2 on penalties after a tense game ended goalless. Turkiye are playing in their third consecutive finals after finishing top of their qualifying group, ahead of the likes of Croatia and Wales, and they'll be looking to make it out of the group stage for the first time since they reached the semi-finals in 2008. Their record in the last two Euro finals has been disappointing, winning only one game out of a possible six, and scoring only three goals in that time. They finished bottom in their group at Euro 2020, and were embarrassingly ranked 24th out of 24 of the qualifying nations, but will fancy their chances of progressing from a relatively open-looking group. Mark Chapman presents, with commentary by Guy Mowbray and Jermaine Jenas.
Gary Lineker presents coverage of the Group F match from Leipzig Stadium, as 2016 champions Portugal make their entry into the tournament. They'll be looking to improve on a disappointing defence of their title three years ago, when they went out at the last-16 stage in a 1-0 defeat to Belgium in Seville. They come into these finals after finishing with a 100 per cent record in qualifying, scoring 36 goals and conceding just two on their way to racking up 10 victories. Czechia qualified by finishing second in their group behind Albania, who ended up on top of the group thanks to their better head-to-head record. These are the eighth Euro finals since Czechia separated from Slovakia, and reaching the quarter-finals, as they did three years ago, would represent a reasonable effort once again. With commentary by Robyn Cowen.
Gary Lineker presents coverage of the Group A match from Stuttgart Arena. Germany haven't won any of the last three meetings between the two, and the last fixture saw Hungary come out on top with a 1-0 victory in a UEFA Nations League match. These two also met in the group stage at the previous Euro finals in 2021, with the game ending in a thrilling 2-2 draw. Hungary took the lead twice in that meeting, but goals from Kai Havertz and Leon Goretzka saved the Germans and ended up knocking their opponents out of the competition. That result meant that Germany finished second in their group behind France, and set up a last-16 tie against England at Wembley Stadium, a game they would go on to lose 2-0. That run of results means the Germans haven't beaten Hungary in a competitive match since the remarkable 1954 World Cup final, when the Mighty Magyars saw their long unbeaten run come to an end on the biggest stage of all. With commentary by Steve Wilson and Martin Keown.
Gabby Logan presents coverage of the Group A match from Cologne Stadium. Steve Clarke's side have high hopes of reaching the knockout stages for the first time in their history, having performed impressively in their qualifying group. They beat Spain 2-0 at home, as well as winning 2-1 away in Norway, to help them on their way to reaching the finals for the second successive occasion. They'll be hoping that some of their more experienced players, such as John McGinn, Andy Robertson and Scott McTominay, will have a guiding influence on a young and improving squad, but their opponents also have some vastly experienced stars in their ranks, including captain Granit Xhaka and vice-captain Xherdan Shaqiri, who both have well over 100 caps to their names. Switzerland will be looking to cause some more upsets in this tournament as well, having knocked out France in the last 16 three years, when Mario Gavranovic scored a late equaliser to take the game to extra-time, before they won 5-4 on penalties. With commentary by Steve Bower and James McFadden.
Coverage of the Group C match from Frankfurt Arena, as the two sides meet for the first time since their semi-final battle at Euro 2020. The Three Lions beat their Scandinavian counterparts 2-1 after extra-time thanks to Harry Kane's deciding penalty, which took Gareth Southgate's team to their first major final since 1966. England made it through to their fourth consecutive European Championship finals earlier on this year, as they finished top of their qualifying group ahead of the likes of Italy and Ukraine, winning six and drawing two of their eight matches. Denmark also ended up top of their qualifying group, winning seven of their 10 matches, as they aim to win this competition for the first time since 1992. They'll be looking to the experience of Christian Eriksen, who has recovered since suffering a cardiac arrest at this event three years ago when Denmark played Finland in a group match. This will be the fourth meeting between the nations since Southgate replaced Roy Hodgson as England manager, and honours are even, with a win apiece and a draw in those three fixtures. Gary Lineker presents, with commentary by Guy Mowbray and Alan Shearer.
Coverage of the Group E match from Dusseldorf Arena, as both sides play their second group game. Both of these teams finished third in their groups in the Euro finals three years ago, but only Ukraine made it through to the knockout stages thanks to their superior record. Their goal difference of minus one meant that they edged through to play Sweden in the last 16, but Slovakia's 5-0 drubbing at the hands of Spain proved crucial and saw them miss out. The last meeting between these two was in the UEFA Nations League in 2018, with two goals in either half helping Ukraine to come out on top with a comprehensive 4-1 victory, but picking a winner in this match, and indeed in this group, isn't immediately obvious. Gabby Logan presents, with commentary from Steve Bower and Martin Keown.
Coverage of the Group D match from Leipzig Stadium, as two former champions face each other in an eagerly awaited encounter. Ronald Koeman's Dutch team are looking to win their first major title since 1988, when they beat the Soviet Union 2-0 in the final thanks to goals from Ruud Gullit and Marco Van Basten. Since then they have reached the semi-finals twice in the Euros, while also making the final four three times at the World Cup. The French have fared better in major tournaments since 1988, winning the World Cup twice and also reaching the final of this competition twice, including one victory in 2000. They can call on the quality of the likes of Kylian Mbappe, who ended up on the losing side despite scoring a hat-trick in the 2022 World Cup final, Paris Saint-Germain forward Ousmane Dembele, and all-time record goal-scorer Olivier Giroud, who has announced his retirement from international football following this tournament. Gary Lineker presents, with commentary from Steve Wilson and Jermaine Jenas.
Coverage of the Group F match from Volksparkstadion Hamburg, in what is the first-ever meeting between the two countries. Czechia have had some positive runs in this competition since they first entered as Czech Republic in 1996, when they finished runners-up to Germany. Since then, they have reached a semi-final in 2004, as well as two quarter-finals in 2012 and 2021. Georgia haven't featured at any major finals, so progression to the knockout stage would be deemed a success, in a group that also features Portugal and Turkiye. Their most experienced players include captain Guram Kashia, who has played over 110 times for his country, and midfielder Jaba Kankava, who has just over 100 caps as well. The leading scorer in the current squad is Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who, despite only making his international debut in 2019, is their third leading goalscorer of all time. Kvaratskhelia plies his trade in Italy with Napoli, and the Georgian squad is one of the most diverse in the tournament in terms of where the players play at club level. Alex Scott presents action from the latest matches in Germany, featuring Turkiye v Portugal at BVB Stadion Dortmund and Georgia v Czechia at Volksparkstadion Hamburg in Group F, and Belgium v Romania at Cologne Stadium in Group E. Portugal and Belgium will both have fancied their chances of having strong tournaments, but faced potentially difficult encounters today. With analysis from Conor Coady and Dion Dublin.
Gabby Logan presents coverage of the Group A match from Stuttgart Arena, as both teams play their final group game. Steve Clarke's side will be looking to make it into the knockout stages of the Euros for the first time in their history at the fourth time of asking. At this stage three years ago their dreams of reaching the last 16 were shattered as they were beaten 3-1 by Croatia, leaving them bottom of their group with just one point from three matches. Hungary didn't fare much better at this point at Euro 2020, as their 2-2 draw with Germany meant they ended up fourth in their group with just two points. That result meant it was the first time in Hungary's history that they had failed to make it out of the group stage of the European Championships, after previously making it to the last 16 in 2016. With analysis from Alan Shearer, David Moyes and Rachel Corsie, and commentary by Steve Wilson and James McFadden.
Mark Chapman presents coverage of both sides' final Group A match, held at Frankfurt Arena. Hosts Germany have secured their place in the last 16 after thrashing Scotland 5-1 in the opening match, before prevailing 2-0 against Hungary, but they will now be keen to ensure they top the group and thus earn a potentially favourable draw in the last 16. Switzerland are also highly likely to reach the knockout stage regardless of their result this evening, having collected four points already, but there is a slim chance of them missing out if they are defeated, Scotland overcome Hungary in the other match in the group, and results in other groups go against them to cost them a place as one of the best third-placed teams. With analysis from Conor Coady, Frank Lampard and Joe Hart, and commentary by Steve Bower.
Coverage of the Group B match from Leipzig Arena, where one of the most intriguing groups of the tournament reaches a conclusion. Croatia will be looking to continue a decent run of form at major tournaments and make it through to the knockout stages, having made it out of the group stages in the past four competitions since 2016. That has led them to appearances in a World Cup final and semi-final in 2018 and 2022 respectively, but they have yet to make it past the quarter-finals of the Euros. Their ranks include vastly experienced captain Luka Modric, as well as Manchester City duo Josko Gvardiol and Mateo Kovacic. Italy are looking to repeat their success of three years ago, when they defeated England on penalties in the final, but their line-up has changed substantially since then, and the Azzurri have often been unpredictable in the finals of major tournaments. They can no longer rely on the likes of defensive stalwarts Giorgino Chiellini and Leonardo Bonucci, who were involved in Euro 2020, but Italy are often at their best when unfancied and up against it. Gary Lineker presents, with analysis from Micah Richards, Wayne Rooney and Alan Shearer, and commentary by Jonathan Pearce.
Gabby Logan presents coverage of the Group B match from Dusseldorf Arena, where both nations are set to conclude their round-robin fixtures, in a group that also contains Croatia and Italy. Spain have progressed from the group stages of the Euros on each of the previous four occasions, including reaching the semi-finals in three of the last four championships and, alongside hosts Germany, they're aiming to become the first nation to win this competition four times. This is the ninth meeting between these two countries, with Spain winning all eight previous fixtures, although their last clash in the Euros was as part of the qualifying campaign back in 1990. Albania's most experienced players are captain Berat Gjimshiti and vice-captain Elseid Hysaj, who have more than 140 appearances between them, and both ply their trade in Serie A, with several other Albanians having experience of playing in the top leagues around the world. With analysis from Ashley Williams, Ellen White and Jose Fonte, and commentary by Guy Mowbray.
Gary Lineker presents coverage of both sides' final Group D match from BVB Stadion Dortmund. France, still under long-term coach Didier Deschamps, are trying to avoid missing out on reaching the knockout stages of the Euros for just the second time this century, having previously finished bottom of their group back in 2008. At those finals, they finished behind the Netherlands, Italy and Romania, having only picked up one point in their three group matches, and the Netherlands are among their initial rivals once again. This time around they'll be one of the favourites to make it deep into the knockout stages, with a talented attack that includes Kylian Mbappe, Aurelien Tchouameni, Ousmane Dembele and record goalscorer Olivier Giroud. Poland also possess plenty of quality players in their squad, as well as some real experience in the form of former Arsenal goalkeeper Wojchiech Szczesny, Jan Bednarek, Kamil Grosicki and talisman Robert Lewandowski. With analysis from Alan Shearer, Frank Lampard and Micah Richards, and commentary by Steve Bower.
Coverage of the Group D match from Olympiastadion Berlin, as both teams play their third and final group fixture. The Netherlands have reached the semi-finals three times since 1992, but have to find a squad to replicate the achievements of 1988, when they famously won the tournament with a line-up that included the likes of Ruud Gullit, Marco van Basten and Ronald Koeman, who is now in charge of the Oranje. They have experience in abundance in their squad this time around and much of the focus will be on Memphis Depay, as he looks to overtake Robin van Persie as their all-time leading goalscorer. Austria lack the same experience in their ranks, and will find little solace from their recent record against the Dutch, having lost the last seven meetings, a run dating back to 1992. Gabby Logan presents, with analysis from James McFadden, Thomas Hitzlsperger and Ashley Williams, and commentary by Jonathan Pearce.
Alex Scott presents action from the latest action from Germany, featuring England v Slovenia at Cologne Stadium and Denmark v Serbia at Munich Football Arena in Group C, and France v Poland at BVB Stadion Dortmund and Netherlands v Austria at Olympiastadion in Group D. England will have expected to end their group campaign on a high, but were given two tough games by the Slovenians when the teams last met in qualifying for the 2018 World Cup. With analysis from Joe Hart and Ellen White.
Coverage of the Group E match from Stuttgart Arena, which sees the group reach a conclusion. Belgium have fared well at major tournaments since the turn of the century, with their 'Golden Generation', but have yet to win the major tournament that would seal their place in the history books. They failed by their own standards at the FIFA World Cup two years ago in Qatar, when they were eliminated after finishing third in their group behind Morocco and Croatia, and have reached the quarter-finals of the last two Euros. Ukraine made it through to the quarter-finals of Euro 2020, but were crushed 4-0 by England, and they'll be looking to the likes of Premier League-based Vitaliy Mykolenko, Oleksandr Zinchenko and Mykhailo Mudryk to help them cause an upset. With commentary by Steve Wilson and Martin Keown.
Coverage of the Group E match from Frankfurt Arena, as both sides conclude their round-robin fixtures. Slovakia are playing at their third consecutive European Championship finals and are looking to improve on Euro 2021, when they failed to make it past this stage. They will need some of their more experienced players to inspire them to reach the last 16, including the likes of Peter Pekarik, Juraj Kucka and Robert Mak, who have over 300 international caps between them. Their opponents don't possess the same level of experience in their ranks, with only captain Nicolae Stanciu and midfielder Razvan Marin appearing for their country more than 50 times, but they do have the better record in matches between the nations. With four of the third-placed teams progressing to the knockout stage, along with the group winners and runners-up, even defeats from their opening two matches would see either nation still in with a chance of progressing.
Alex Scott presents action from the final day of the group stage in Germany, featuring Ukraine v Belgium at Stuttgart Arena and Slovakia v Romania at Frankfurt Arena in Group E, and Czechia v Turkiye at Volksparkstadion Hamburg and Georgia v Portugal at Arena AufSchalke in Group F. Belgium and Portugal were the pre-tournament favourites to top their respective groups, but the other teams involved today will all have gone into the event hopeful of earning a positive result.

Live coverage of a blockbuster Euro 2024 quarter-final between Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal and Kylian Mbappe's France, with the sides meeting in a repeat of the 2016 final.
The unmissable drama of England's Euro 2024 campaign continues as they take on Switzerland for a place in the semi-finals in Gareth Southgate's 100th game in charge.
Alex Scott presents comprehensive highlights from the quarter-finals of Euro 2024, including England's quarter-final against Switzerland and Netherlands v Turkey.
Coverage of the opening semi-final, which comes from Munich Football Arena, where the winners of the first and second quarter-finals meet. Spain were far from their best during Euro 2020, but still managed to reach this stage, before losing to eventual champions Italy in a penalty shootout. This time around, though, they have generally been regarded as the most impressive team in the tournament, progressing from a challenging group and then seeing off Georgia and Germany in the knockout stages. France, in contrast, have scraped into the semi-finals, remarkably without any of their players scoring a goal from open play. They've only scored three goals in five matches - two own goals and a penalty - and needed a shootout to defeat Portugal in the quarter-finals.
Netherlands v England. Action from the second semi-final, as the winners of the third and fourth quarter-finals met at BVB Stadion Dortmund. England prevailed 2-1 against Denmark at this stage of Euro 2020 to reach their first European Championship final, and were looking to repeat that feat against a Dutch side managed by one of their arch-nemeses from years gone by, Ronald Koeman.
Coverage of the final, which comes from Olympiastadion in Berlin, where England are aiming to win the tournament for the first time. Somewhat surprisingly, this is the first meeting between the two at a major finals since Euro 96, when England progressed via a penalty shootout after a goalless draw at Wembley Stadium. Wembley was also the venue in 2021, when Gareth Southgate's men were on the wrong end of their final shootout against Italy, but they now have the chance to become the first England men's senior team to win a major tournament on foreign soil. Spain have undoubtedly been the best team in the competition so far, and have seen off Germany and France in their last two matches to reach this stage, and victory here would see them become the most successful nation in European Championship history.
