When a citywide sanitation strike makes its way into the courthouse, Abby must find a way to solve it; Julianne shows Dan how to make the most out of the strike.
Abby's holiday plans are derailed after a murder mystery performer causes chaos in the courthouse; Gurgs and Wyatt find themselves at odds over office etiquette.
Abby is thrilled when Mayim Bialik appears in the courtroom, but she begins to wonder if the situation is more sinister than it seems; Dan hunts for a mystery man guilty of forgoing basic etiquette.
After learning that Jake has never been in a long-term relationship, Abby is determined to find his secret dealbreaker; Dan and Julianne go head to head to prove they don't have feelings for each other.
Abby gets more than she bargained for when Julianne invites her to a join a women's empowerment group; Dan and Flobert compete over whose advice will help Gurgs secure a promotion.
Dan must defend his job after he gets a bad review on one of the city's new satisfaction kiosks; Abby and Gurgs receive some shocking information from Wyatt's daughter.
