Arab psychologist, Louie Mansur, is left to raise his two children on his own following the crushing suicide of his wife, who long-suffered a battle with depression. Louie's 13-year-old son, Amir, begins to fail his studies and is on the cusp of dropping out, whilst Louie's daughter, Nur, suffers from agonizing abandonment issues and refuses to leave Louie's side. Louie is left with no time to mourn, as his fatherly duties become all consuming.In an unconventional turn of events, after yet another sleepless night, Louie decides to transfer his clinic hours to the wee hours of the night, accepting patients from dusk till dawn. An eclectic mix of Tel Aviv's nocturnal creatures attends his clinic, along with their compelling stories throughout the series.
In the continuation of Yasmin's treatment, Louie returns to her childhood and the generative event that changed her life to where she is today. Louis refuses to give up Simentov as a patient despite his precarious condition. Louis meets Noga for the first time since he blew her off.

A celebratory family meal comes to an abrupt end when Louie is called to take care of Effie who is in great trouble, as Arim tells Mira about a big offer he received and asks her to choose between him and her family. Louie fears for the life of Simentov, who disappeared without a trace.
After a past medical event, Louie considers his professional future and wonders if he will be able to continue what he started. Mira tries to come to terms with her choices, Noam comes to therapy where all the cards on the table are opened, and Yasmin is desperate for a significant change in her life.
