Paul discovers that an unruly tenant may be planning to do a flit. Harrow Council discover 30 people in a three-bed house. Shop-owner Pauline is threatened when squatters invade her property.
Letting agent Paul has a tenant in Lancashire who is behind with his rent and won't return any calls, but the situation is much worse than he could possibly have imagined when he heads into the upstairs bedroom. Harrow enforcement officers Andrew and Ozge are called to a local salon, where a leak from the upstairs flat is disrupting Masi's ability to run her shop. Once the landlord agrees to give them access, they discover terrible conditions and a back yard piled with rubbish.
Following a tip-off, Harrow Enforcement officers are shocked to discover an industrial-scale cannabis farm in a house. The team, along with the police, are determined to find out who has been running this illegal operation. After complaints of all-night parties in a quiet street in Darwen, Lancashire, letting agent Paul pays the revellers a visit. The house is in terrible shape, but the young tenants promise they will clear it all up and keep the noise down. Instead, however, the partying gets worse, with some of the tenants' `associates" making nasty threats.

John wants to turn a former Blackpool hotel into bedsits.
A retired couple in a seaside village in Norfolk battle with their non-paying tenant living in the flat above them, so they ask eviction expert Paul to help. Blackpool lettings agent John comes up against a hard drug user who is attracting antisocial wrongdoers to the bedsits that John runs, while in Leicestershire, Sharon battles to reclaim a property from a former friend who is close to £3,500 in arrears with rent.
Letting agent Paul uncovers a cannabis farm during a routine arrears inspection, but learns that the tenant has been in prison for the past four months and claims ignorance of the criminal crop. Meanwhile, builders Stuart and Steve win a possession order to regain their property, but face the worst damage they have ever seen and a £20,000 bill to repair it.
After taking pity on a single mother, landlord Ronnie discovered mystery occupants have turned his property into a scrap metal merchants. Brent Council housing enforcement officer Herb discovers 26 labourers living in life-threatening conditions in a single house, while letting agent John tries to find a solution for a tenant living in squalor due to an issue with hoarding.
