As the countdown to launch their solar system approaches, artist Oliver Jeffers and astrophysicist Prof Stephen Smartt put their preparations into hyperdrive.
At the heart of Our Place in Space is a scale model of our solar system spanning 10km. The trail starts out in Derry/Londonderry, but will move to locations across Northern Ireland and to Cambridge.
A sea of astronauts swarm the Maiden City in an attempt to beat a world record. Six-year-old Isla, her best friend Penelope and their mums journey across the city to make history.
A spectacular procession of lights and music descends upon the Giant's Causeway, led by fiddler Dónal O'Connor. Joining the experience, a family of beginner musicians prepare for their first open-air performance.
Astrophysicist Stephen Smartt is on a mission to inspire the next generation of astronomers. From his office in Queen's University Belfast, Stephen leads a team monitoring the night sky, searching for new discoveries and exploring the great unknown.
