Due to constant bullying about her size at school, Breia mostly keeps to herself and avoids trying to make friends. She spends all her time with her mom, and the only thing she wants to do is eat. Now, with her 13-year-old daughter weighing over 400lbs, her mom feels that she must take drastic steps to help her get healthy until an unexpected tragedy makes Breia uncertain that she can continue on her weight loss journey.

At 17, Tommy is nearly 700lbs. His parents have to do almost everything for him due to his size. His dad helps him with daily tasks and his mom makes sure he has everything he wants--including unlimited quantities of food.
