What do you get when you combine two best friends, two wives and seven small kids on the job? You get Rafterhouse, a renovation company set on improving communities one house at a time. With the help of their wives and kids, contractor Chris and realtor Austin buy, renovate, decorate and sell homes in their small suburban town. From vintage repurposed items, to trinkets and treasures re-imagined, and their signature pantry doors, when you get a Rafterhouse, the sky's the limit.
The project is a ranch house with a huge lot, but a walled-off layout inside and dated arches out front. With a little inspiration from their children, the renovators have a plan to make this one of the most unique homes on the block.
