After taking a surprise dip in a cursed spring while on a training journey in China,
martial artist Ranma Saotome and his father, Genma, aren t quite themselves
anymore. Now Ranma turns into a girl whenever he s splashed with cold water,
and Genma turns into a panda! Their new forms cause nothing but confusion at the Tendo dojo, where Soun Tendo is waiting to introduce one of his three daughters to Ranma as his fiancée! Turns out Genma and Soun arranged the match long ago, but the girl, Akane, and the boy, Ranma, aren t exactly crazy about the idea, or each other! Or are they? Watch the gender switching, jealous rages, and martial arts battles unfold all over again!
The Principal is back to Furinkan high! He has been studying education in America, but appears to have learned some odd lessons and seems insane. He starts a dress code change, requiring buzz cuts for boys and bowl cuts for girls, unless the students can find a very specific coconut that allows them to "get out of rules free".
When Tatewaki Kuno accepts the Principal's offer to become his moral-enforcement officer, he turns to the one teacher who can possibly make him good enough to beat Ranma Saotome; the dread Happosai!
When Ranma's continued defiance of his perverse reign becomes more than the malevolent Happosai can stand, he punishes his reluctant pupil... by stealing away all his strength!
Down but not out yet, Ranma makes plans to defeat Happosai and recover the chart he needs to undo the Strength-Sapping Moxibustion.
Now armed with a new super technique, Ranma can finally try to defeat the evil Happosai and regain the strength stolen from him by the perverted grandmaster's Strength-Sapping Moxibustion.
Chaos erupts amongst the would-be brides of Ranma Saotome when it appears that Ranma's long-lost mother has finally found him once more.
Lost and alone in the mountains, Ryoga contemplates his two closest relationships; the girl he loves from afar, and the boy he considers his strongest rival.
A love-bringing trinket presented to Ranma by a hopeful Shampoo turns out to not work exactly as advertised, as a ghostly cat tied to the trinket attempts instead to make one of the girls his bride instead!
In his eternal quest to harass the students of Furinkan High School, the Principal hires a new homeroom teacher for Ranma's class; the bombastically optimistic and naively gung-ho Higuma Torajiro.
The Tendo Dojo gains a new student when martial arts disciple Genji Heita decides he wants to learn Anything Goes. Unfortunately, the bright but naive young man did so after seeing Happosai in action, meaning he wants to learn from the "great master"...
Ranma and Genma are in the mountains trying to find a Christmas tree and get separated. When Akane joins Ranma in trying to find Genma, they find him living as a pet panda in luxury, having been adopted by a wealthy woman.
Ryoga decides to try to enroll at Furinkan High, though first he has to pass the placement test. Akane agrees to tutor him, but with all the commotion that happens in the Tendo Dojo on a regular basis, can he manage to keep his mind on his studies?
Happosai falls head over heels in love with a pre-school teacher, but is he willing to give up the underwear stealing for her sake?
Sasuke's fortunetelling friend Gendo makes a prediction that leads Tatewaki to believe that Nabiki is the girl he is destined to spend his life with. Still torn over having to abandon Akane and "the pig-tailed girl", Kuno starts to court Nabiki, who naturally welcomes the opportunity to milk him for everything he's worth.
After sharing his food with an old hermit, the man repays Ryoga by making him the strongest man in the world. But is it worth the price?
Terrified that Akane has figured out that he's really P-Chan, Ryoga tries to leave the town forever. Ranma continues to try to figure out a way to beat Ryoga, while Akane tries to force him to tell her what he knows about the mark shared by Ryoga and P-Chan.
Kasumi seems unusually cheerful after a chance encounter with a stranger, leading Nabiki to speculate that she's found herself a new boyfriend.
Kuno's got a magic sword capable of granting three wishes, and Ranma smells a cure for his curse. The "upperclassman" has already used two of them... How far is Ranma willing to go to get the third?
Ranma suddenly falls head over heels for Shampoo when she ties him to her with the magical Red Thread of Fate. Just a few more hours and the effect will be permanent, and Akane doesn't care one bit... does she?
After betting it all on a final fight with Ranma, Mousse loses and is forced to give up on Shampoo and go home to China. But before he leaves, he's determined to make Shampoo happy by forcing Ranma to give up his other suitors.
Because of a gambling debt Ranma made ten years ago in a game of Old Maid, the gambling king occupies the Tendo dojo. But Ranma, who, like the gambling king, is a bad gambler himself, manages to win back the dojo through the same game by the act of cheating.
Azusa Shiratori takes home a tanuki statue Kuno is trapped in and adopts him, believing he is the tanuki and renaming him Marianne. When Azusa suspects Akane is trying to take Kuno away, another martial arts ice-skating battle ensues: Azusa versus Ranma and Akane.
Akane Tendo cooks up a surprise meal for the Saotomes' anniversary at their household. However, Ranma wrecks the meal, and Akane was so mad, she began to call him a jerk, and run away. The rest of the gang (sans Kasumi) starts looking for her for the rest of the night. But when they found her, she was actually up on the roof.
As Ling-Ling and Lung-Lung are bound by their honor to remain single until Shampoo marries, but are not happy about this, they have a plan. They return to Japan even deadlier, and are intent on eliminating all of Ranma's other fiancés so that he can marry Shampoo.
Looks like something went completely wrong!
