Return to Amish finds ex-Amish rebels Abe, Jeremiah, Kate, Rebecca and Sabrina back in the Amish world to face marriage, pregnancy, birth and the lingering consequences of shunning. Abe's parents, the rule-bending Amish matron Mary and the strictly religious Chester, serve as their hosts. Mary and Chester have struggles of their own that put them in a precarious situation. Their daughter Katie Ann has a big decision to make, and their son Andrew, just out of jail, adds fuel to the fire by bringing his opinionated English girlfriend, Chapel, back home with him. Sabrina and Rebecca are both expecting babies, Kate is anxiously awaiting the career opportunity of a lifetime, Abe and Andrew's sibling rivalry is reignited through new clashes, and Jeremiah must put it all on the line to find happiness.
The Amish girls get a lesson in Brazilian bikini waxing; Sabrina and Jeremiah confront the new Amish about making bad decisions; Johnny tells Rosanna she must choose between him and English world.
Daniel, Kenneth and Fannie get their English makeovers; Jethro proposes to Sabrina; back at home, Rosanna and Johnny make a surprising discovery and must get the blessing of their Bishop to marry.
Kenneth, Daniel and Fannie reveal their decision on whether they will go English or stay Amish to their families; Jeremiah meets his biological grandmother; Johnny and Rosanna risk everything to help Fannie; Sabrina is rushed to the hospital.
Jeremiah pays tribute to his father; Rosanna's brother, Ray, gets arrested, and she and Johnny face an uncertain future; Fannie confesses her feelings to Daniel; after Sabrina gives birth, everyone comes together to meet Sabrina's baby.
