Tom Ward takes on Darren Harriott and it's Tom Allen versus Larry Dean.
Kiri Pritchard-McLean goes up against Brennan Reece and Joel Dommett and Alex Edelman return.
Tom Houghton and Lauren Pattison face each other, and Simon Brodkin and Dane Baptiste do battle.
It's Tom Lucy versus Nigel Ng and Johnny Vegas and Phil Ellis go for each other.
Rhys James and Lloyd Griffith are put up against each other, and Australian comedians Rhys Nicholson and Felicity Ward verbally spar.
