Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta is a weekly half hour series that takes viewers inside Bridals by Lori - Atlanta's biggest and best bridal boutique. Owner Lori Allen is considered one of the country's leading experts on bridal wear. Designers often call on her as they are putting their lines together to get her input on what brides are looking for. Lori spends much of her time out on the floor working with the brides. She also prides herself on having the most informed sales consultants in the business.
When a bride's taste clashes with her Grandmother's, something has to give, especially when they hold the purse strings. Haley's grandma thinks a virgin bride should wear sleeves. Leah's grandmother wants those knees covered. Melissa has buyer's remorse.
Some brides bring more to their appointments then budgets and family members. Superstitions are real in the south and Lori wonders if she needs to break out her sage when the bridal floor fills with brides who believe they're cursed.
Kari wants a dress that is simple and conservative, but her mom is looking for something sexy and revealing. Nita is a bride whose couture tastes don't mesh with her mom's off-the-rack budget. Susan hopes to put her mother-in-law's dress concerns to rest.
