In Furia, a shocking killing in an idyllic Norwegian town leads police investigator Asgeir to undercover cop Ragna, as she infiltrates a nationalistic subculture. A journey into a horrifying underworld of hatred follows, and a terrorist plot that reaches from Norway's mountains to the very heart of Europe is revealed. But is everyone really who they seem to be?
Asgeir has just moved with his daughter to a small, picturesque town in Western Norway. But there are dark forces at play, and soon Asgeir is involved in something far greater than just small-town crime.
Asgeir has to deal with the consequences of his actions, and several problems follow when a threat from the past reappears. In the meantime, Ragna must enter into an agreement with Asgeir to protect her identity.
The plan has been implemented. How far is Ragna willing to go to become part of the group and continue her mission? Asgeir's identity has been leaked, and now neither he nor his daughter are safe anymore.
When the terrorist cell crosses the border into Germany, they encounter a security breach. Ragna and Ole must seek refuge in the country, where Ragna discovers how influential her blog can be.
Ragna has been locked up in an abandoned factory hall, and her identity is threatened. There is a leak inside the terrorist cell, and Brehme is prepared to use all means to smoke out the infiltrator.
After she arrives in Berlin, Ragna gets closer to Ole and learns more about the ideology behind the cell's plan. But just when she thinks she's in control of the situation, her worst fears come true.
Ragna must find Cato and stop the attack Ole has told her about. But time is running out, and she sees no other way but to cross a border she never thought she would cross.
The attack is underway, and is taking a personal turn. Ragna hurries to find Ole and stop the attack in time. While Kathi finally takes the matter into her own hands, and goes straight to the source.
