Sun, Sea and Selling Houses is a series that follows two British families who have set up shop in Spain selling property to Brits seeking fun in the sun.
In Alicante, Cher and Richard from Staffordshire want to take advantage of being self-employed and spend more time in Spain. Sophie and Charlotte try to find them a holiday home with a swimming pool and plenty of space for their children and dogs. In Murcia, Natalie Brown is flying solo as she helps Chris and Elaine from Warwickshire, who have a budget of 100,000 Euros and their hearts set on a doer upper with top-notch sea views.
In Almería, bookmakers Pete and Nicky from Swindon take a gamble on buying their dream holiday home to enjoy some winter sun. The Garner family shows them what they can get for their stake of £106,000. In Murcia, estate agents Darren and Natalie Brown are helping Norwegian couple Alex and Eric sell their four-bed, five-bathroom pad. With the property sat on the market for a few weeks, the Browns decide to hold an open day to drum up interest.
In Almería, Steve Garner and his son Shaun are on the hunt for a Spanish property for Lara from Leicestershire, and her mum Jennie, who currently lives in Majorca. However, Lara prefers modern styles while Jennie favours traditional. In Alicante, Sophie and her husband Damon are searching with Adrian and Debbie from Plymouth, who have a top budget of 130,000 euros for the Spanish escape of their dreams.
In Calp, Jo and Andrew Alderton go house hunting with retired couple Martin and Janet, who have a budget of 375,000 euros to spend on the perfect pad for themselves and their beloved pup Bella. Later, the Aldertons and their staff take a break from the office to enjoy a scenic cycle-ride with a side order of team bonding. In Almería, Sharon and Steve Garner revisit former clients Sharon and Andy, who were hoping to put the icing on Andy's 50th birthday cake by buying their own little patch of Spain. Four years on, it's time to find out whether it was a birthday to remember.
