Baloo the Bear stars in an adventurous comedy of love and conflict with his friend Kit Cloudkicker. Rebecca Cunningham and her daughter Molly purchase Baloo's failing company. Baloo must fly transport runs to clear his debt while dodging Don Karnage and his sky pirates.
Kit Cloudkicker bumps into Baloo and hides a secret treasure so that his now to be enemy, Don Karnage won't find it. Actually Kit gets to know Baloo more better and tells him alot of things. Baloo and Kit are ambushed by Karnage and his pirates. When Baloo and Kit have a furious argument, Kit gets caught from the pirates and Baloo rescues him. Kit apologizes about the argument and tells Baloo that he has a treasure that he wants to share with him.
Returning from the pirates, Baloo and Kit go out to find the treasure that Kit promised to share with Baloo only to find out that it's a one jewel treasure. Later Baloo finds out that a another volunteer named Rebecca Cunningham has taken over his job and wants to help him with job and process. Then later Baloo goes to Shere Kahn and thells them about the one jewel treasure that Kit took from Don Karnage. With nothing else to say, Kahn wanted the two to bring back the powerful jewel only to find out that there place was clashed and Becky and her daughter Molly was kidnapped.
After finding out that Becky and Molly were kidnapped, Baloo and Kit decide to go and rescue them immediately from the dangerous pirates. Kit has the idea later to setup Karnage by acting like he setup Baloo and Becky. Baloo takes it furious and thinks that Kit betrayed him. Baloo, Becky and Molly escape immediately. Kit feels sad with tears finding out that Baloo didn't believe him about his plan. Karnage welcome Kit back to the family. Baloo later decided to go away from all the trouble that he was brought into.
Kit feels absolutely sad about Baloo leaving him and when Karnage welcoming him back to the pirate pack. So when he finds out that Karnage was going to destroy and takeover the world he decides to stop the explosive madness of Karnages plan. He later gets caught and is dropped to his death until Baloo rescues him , after hearing his apology on the radio at Louie's. Then later Baloo goes back to Becky with help to stop Don Karnages clashing attack. Baloo and friends save the town from the clashing attack and Karnage and his pirates are flown out of the town. Baloo finally gets his plane fixed and decides to work for Becky with Kit on his side and with Wildcat for help on fixing the plane, Baloo was happy and was ready for more adventures with his seaduck plane.
Baloo loses a race to Professor Martin Torque's robot pilot, putting himself and several other cargo pilots in Cape Suzette out of work. However, Don Karnage takes advantage of the robot pilot's inability to deviate from its flight path and it's up to Baloo to save the day.
Kit volunteers to babysit Molly while Baloo and Rebecca go shopping. The babysitting is anything but routine as Kit and Molly deal with air pirates and a giant squid.
When Baloo is late one too many times with his deliveries, Rebecca makes him fly a guided tour, going past certain checkpoints at designated times. However, Baloo hears of a stolen crown and concocts a scheme to get the crown back while Wildcat flies the tour
Molly becomes a surrogate mother to a flying creature that becomes large when it gets wet and small when it drys.
Rebecca takes over flying the Sea Duck after Baloo's license is temporarily suspended while trying to evade air pirates. The move causes havoc as Higher for Hire attempts to deliver a block of ice to a wealthy desert prince.
Covington, a notorious jewel thief, hides a valuable item in the Sea Duck. When he tries to retrieve it, however, he discovers that Baloo and Kit have cleaned out the plane and Molly has added the item to her doll collection.
Baloo and Kit buy the treasure chest of Captain Juan Too Many. Inside the chest is a smart mouthed parrot that Kit quickly becomes attached to and Baloo quickly becomes annoyed with. The parrot however knows of a hidden treasure and that makes him wanted by the fierce pirate Don Karnage.
Baloo's bad spelling hampers Rebecca's attempt to go into the skywriting business. Meanwhile, a notorious criminal uses the skywriting to attempt to send coded messages to his henchmen and hold Cape Suzette for ransom.
Baloo competes with Colonel Spigot to acquire a valuable idol, but uses brains over brawn to get the idol back when Spigot takes the idol from him.
After Kit gets into an argument with Baloo about taking unnecessary risks, he runs away to join an air circus led by Daring Dan Dawson. However, Dawson makes Kit perform more dangerous and wilder stunts and it's up to Baloo to rescue his navigator.
Rebecca misinterprets a phone call as news that Baloo is dying. When Baloo finds out, he decides to fly to the Bearmuda Trapezoid, from which no pilot has ever returned.
When a debonair ghost ship captain named William Stansbury sweeps Rebecca off her feet, she enjoys what she thinks is a dream. When Baloo and Louie decide to exorcise the ghost, Rebecca is forced to choose between her dream and her daughter.
Baloo and Kit rescue a mistreated whale from a circus and give him his freedom.
Colonel Spigot is charged with presenting a golden sprocket as a gift to the Mayor of Cape Suzette. However, Trader Moe wants to steal the sprocket, and it's up to Kit and Baloo to stop him and help Spigot.
Rebecca starts a mid-air refueling station, which is a hit with the pilots and boosts Higher for Hire's business. Trouble is, it significantly lowers business for Louie, who starts his own rival station to compete, and Baloo and Kit are caught in the middle.
Planes and pilots and are mysteriously going missing. So Shere Kahn dupes the dimwitted Baloo and his sidekick Kit Cloudkicker to go on a dangerous mission as his decoys. Can Baloo do what all of the other pilots failed at? Should be no problem for the "greatest pilot in the world".
Baloo and Kit are captured by the villainous Don Karnage and his gang of pirates. Baloo, however, is severely down in the dumps and out of confidence because of him crashing the Sea Duck into the ocean. It is now up to his faithful friend Kit to help pull him out of his depression and get them to escape.
Baloo lets his pilot's license expire but is certain he'll have no problem renewing it. Throgmorton manages to fluster Baloo again, and our easy-going bear fails his pilot's test!
Baloo is hired to do a plane stunt for a movie. He becomes star struck and doesn't listen to Rebecca who is trying to save him from having an accident.
Wanting to cater to only the upper class, Rebecca puts up the Sea Duck as collateral insurance for what appears to be a valuable jewel shipment. However, Baloo loses the shipment and the Sea Duck to what turn out to be two con artists posing as a wealthy couple.
Baloo is upset when Rebecca gets a truffle-hunting pig instead of a new pontoon for the Sea Duck. Refusing to believe that her idea may not be good, Rebecca gets herself and the pig enslaved by pygmies, and it's up to Kit and Baloo to save her.
After Baloo is bawled out by Rebecca for being too trusting, Rebecca turns around and is instantly trusting a complete stranger of her own, Jack Case, a man who claims he's a spy.
