Hayden's first stop was to the home of the famous Mooloolaba Prawn, then he stops at Greensmith Grocers Birtinya, for some of their top-shelf curry powder for his Sunny Coast recipe! Hayden finishes up his Sunny Coast adventure at Eastwell Farms where he got to hang out with friendly herd of their grass-fed cattle!
Hayden Quinn is in the Mackay Isaac region this week, exploring the road-less-travelled to enjoy some of Australia's most pristine locations. Sunrise start at Clairview Beach, before driving inland to KingRiver - one of Australia's finest wagyu beef farms, off to Sarina to tour the Sarina Sugar Shed, before heading up the range to The Eungella Chalet where we end with a cookup with an unforgettable panoramic backdrop! How good!
