A new student enrols in the imposing form of a four-year-old newfador called Ruby. Eight-stone of solid dog, Ruby refuses to budge when owners Nichola and Zeal take her for a walk. However, trainers Sean and Kamal soon there's more to Ruby's stubbornness than meets the eye. Six-year-old Maltese Bichon cross Marco arrives with fed up owner Beth in tow. Beth inherited Marco from her late father - and Marco's repaying the favour by ignoring every word Beth says.
A crack team of Britain's top specialist trainers addresses the behaviours of two more troublesome hounds. Pint-sized Chihuahua Dexter has been snapping at his owner Sean whenever he tries to get some `alone time" with his girlfriend Charlotte. Wonder, a blind dog, exhibits extreme anxiety whenever he finds himself in unfamiliar places. With stressed-out owner Ben in tow, trainers Sean and Kamal have their hands full straightening things out.
The trainers give advice to Melissa, whose labrador-cross Milo is running rings around her and makes a dash for it every time she calls his name. Two-year old zuchon Archie is aggressive to strangers and has begun to bite, and mother and daughter owners Kirsty and Katie are desperate to end hiss reign of terror before it gets any worse.
Yorkshire terrier Marley adores his owner Louise, but suffers severe stress whenever she leaves the room. Trainers Sean and Kamal are on hand to treat one of the worst cases of separation anxiety they've ever seen. Toy poodle Daisy is barely able to see because of poor grooming. However, she is determined to remain unkempt - and bites owners Wendy and Dahana every time they approach her with a brush.
A team of expert trainers join presenter Nick Grimshaw to take on the nation's naughtiest dogs, offering some much-needed advice to their owners. Eight-stone Ghost, a Cane Corso mastiff, is striking terror into the heart of the neighbourhood, and his owners. While his guard dog credentials are impeccable, it is hoped trainers Sean and Kamal can encourage him to become compatible with family life. Meanwhile, newly engaged pair Chelsea and Owen have their hands full with - and their relationship tested by - Chelsea's six chihuahuas and a cavaponchi called Mr Bollinger.
Nick Grimshaw hosts as the specialist trainers take on more badly behaved dogs, with Victoria giving advice to Tim and Chelsey, who have been showing their love for bulldog Bobby through food and their pet is now unable - or unwilling - to walk. Older dog Harley and puppy Jack can't stand the sight of each other and owners Lynn and Dean are stuck in the middle. With the serious risk of injury hanging over the family, expert Jo has a challenge on her hands. Meanwhile, first-time owner Natalie is struggling with nervous mega-yapper Milo, a miniature dachshund.
