The Incredible Hulk (1996)

Driven by rage, hunted with malice, Bruce Banner is the world's ultimate victim, whenever anger or fear comes over him, he transforms into a creature of untold strength, capable of incomparable destruction, Bruce Banner is The Incredible Hulk..

Pursued by the military forces controlled by General "Thunderbolt" Ross, Banner's quest to find a cure for himself is hampered daily. Only the love of his life, Rosa's daughter Betty, and his closest Friend Rick Jones, can keep these hounding's at bay for as long as they can before the pursuit begins in greater numbers.

But there are other predators who wish to make use of Banner and The Hulk, predators led by the evil mastermind The Leader, with his associate The Gargoyle and his enforcer The Abomination, The Leader chases Banner, hoping to one day incorporate The Hulk's power into his own, and control the world with strength.

Throughout the first season, the pursuit takes Banner to new locations across North American and even to the wilderness of Canada, events that take place in between episodes reveal small snippets of Betty's ultimate goal to release Bruce from The Hulk with the aid of a special Nutrient Bath, The Gargoyle fleeing The Leader, and The Leader's preparations in creating a legion of Gamma Warriors. During the first season we are also introduced to Jennifer Walters, aka The She-Hulk.

For the second season, a new direction began, and the series became lighter in tone and far more stand-alone, renamed "The Incredible Hulk and She-Hulk" contained little expanding arcs and fewer appearances from the first season's main casts, limiting it mainly to Bruce and Jennifer. The new look was according to the original producer "the network getting it's way" with what the series should be, unfortunately, the changes would seal the fate of the show and it ended in 1997.
