The Intern is a reality series which sees Hilary Devey determined to get deserving young people a chance to land their dream jobs. She has managed to persuade some of the country's most exciting companies to allow her hijack their normal recruitment policy. Three young hopefuls given a week's trial in the job of their dreams but what don't know is that Hilary has arranged for the week to be packed full of the biggest challenges.
