Jeff Schwarz is the owner of a large liquidation house named Direct Liquidation, a 30,000-square-foot warehouse filled with artifacts, antiques and everything else. "The Liquidator" follows as Schwarz, armed with a pocketful of cash, works seven days a week following leads and tips that could bring him to the next big buy. Back at the shop, his crew works to make room for the new merchandise by finding buyers for the old. The ultimate goal is to make as much money as possible, quickly, but in a business like this, nothing is guaranteed.
Jeff takes the biggest gamble of his career, bidding tens of thousands of dollars, sight unseen, for a truckload of damaged high-end electronics.
Jeff takes delivery of a massive load of foam Easter eggs and Halloween pumpkins and his staff starts to worry.
Jeff reaches a breaking point.
Jeff is visited by a regular customer, Digger, who likes to test his patience and keep him on his toes. But who will be benefit most from their deals'
Jeff is torn over whether to sell a statue made from motorcycle parts that he's grown fond of. Will the buyer be able to persuade him with a big enough offer'
Jeff becomes aware of a deal involving a large selection of jackets and shirts, so he turns to Gene, a wedding wholesaler. Unsure if Gene would be up for the deal.
Jeff accidentally buys more pallets of bricks than he intended. Later, he makes the biggest bid of his career on four carriers full of appliances.
Jeff receives a visit from Mario, his former employer, who is an old style Italian. He tries to sell a crate of food with questionable origins, will Jeff be interested'
Jeff rearranges his warehouse floor once again, much to the annoyance of his employees. Later, Wayne visits Jeff with some items, but does he have the room to sell them'
Rick turns up to Jeff's shop wanting to offload a 100-year-old parlor piano that he bought as an unwanted gift. But will Jeff be interested'
Sentiment won't get in the way of a good deal for a sasquatch, a cougar won't be given up without an old polar bear and a pinball machine won't go cheap.
Before leaving Direct Liquidation, Christine negotiates one last deal with Jeff.
Jeff takes a gamble when he tries to auction off 70 go-karts.
