To make some much-needed dough, Eric has to convince Alex to pivot his business away from wholesale to focus on online customers. But he has his work cut out persuading the social media sceptic to change things round at the speed he demands.

Shaun Sookoo started his Caribbean-inspired food company three years ago when he decided to turn his mum's home-cooked meals into a business and had friends queuing round to block to buy them.
