The Office (IL)

An Israeli version of the British hit series "The Office".
Somewhere in the heart of the Yahud industrail zone lies a dreary and lackluster office, the failing branch of the paper supply company "Paper Office".

That office is run by the show's central character - Avi Meshulam (Dvir Bendak) a 40 year old loser, a somewhat complicated man, with a serious self image problem that causes him to become the lying, two faced intolerable man that he is. He's convinced that he is the funniest person in the world, but the sad truth is that he is stuck in a dead end job, and hated by all his employees.

The Show is written by author and script writer Uzy Vail, and received rave reviews when it debuted, ranging from "fantastic and perfect" to "instant classic", with Israeli critics claiming the show - especially episode 4 (the first original episode not adapted from the British show) - surpasses the Uk and Us version.
