The Phone (2010) (NL)

The series is a mix between reality and a game show and has been inspired by films such as Die Hard With A Vengeance and The Game. At two random places a mobile phone is left behind. The two finders of these phones get, after they have agreed to participate and agreed to the game instructions and tasks, a mysterious man on the screen of the mobile phone. The participants make chance on a maximum 50,000 euro. At each task which they don't get in time a 10,000 euro fee of the total amount will be deducted. In the game it is the intention that the two participants find so-called ' sticks' (plastic sticks with digital information). There is a sum three sticks to be found. At the end of the search a computer, in which the sticks can be plugged in to gives clues to where they can find the remaining money in a suitcase. If the participants approach the mysterious constituent, he lets the suitcase stand and goes away. When the candidates arrive too late he leaves with the suitcase.
