The ladies are back in the city for the fall, and Bethenny is excited to be living in a home that she loves, all while continuing to find balance between working, dating and dealing with the stress that accompanies a chaotic divorce. After a year of lovebird bliss, Carole and her boyfriend, Adam, are still going strong. Meanwhile, Ramona adjusts to newly single life and takes advantage of all that the Manhattan dating scene has to offer. With her daughter away at boarding school, Sonja experiences empty-nest syndrome and invites Luann to stay at her townhouse, presenting the perfect opportunity to socialize. Dorinda continues to grow in her relationship with John but finds herself constantly defending their relationship. And new housewife Julianne "Jules" Wainstein joins Bethenny and Dorinda for a brunch that goes from sweet to sour.

Bethenny begins planning a tailgate-chic BBQ birthday party to take place at her Hamptons home. Meanwhile, on the Upper East Side, Luann and Sonja bond over sparkling rosé and their desire to settle down. Dorinda visits Ramona's revamped post-Mario apartment and invites her to her lingerie party. Carole and Bethenny meet up to discuss Carole's relationship with Adam, as well as her ongoing drama with Luann.  On the night of Dorinda's lingerie party, Bethenny confronts Dorinda about overselling John to the ladies, which opens the door for Ramona to reveal a shocking revelation surrounding John and Dorinda.

Chaos from the lingerie party continues as Dorinda confronts Ramona, shocking Jules, the newcomer to the group. The night heats up when John arrives at the party uninvited, ready for a showdown with Bethenny. As Bethenny and John go head to head, an embarrassed Dorinda decides it's time to ask John to leave. After the dramatic night, the ladies are excited for a relaxing weekend in the Hamptons to celebrate Bethenny's birthday, but everyone seems to have a different perspective on the situation that took place between John and Bethenny. Dorinda agrees to go to dinner with Bethenny and Ramona in the Hamptons to clear the air, but it's unclear if fences can be mended.

The ladies continue their fun weekend in the Hamptons, and Dorinda preps John to apologize to Bethenny for crashing the lingerie party and insulting her. The ladies begin to arrive at Bethenny's house ready to party, but wanting to bask in birthday behavior, Bethenny avoids John and his attempts to apologize, making everyone uncomfortable. Although Carole doesn't want to engage Luann, Luann pursues her until she relents, and they decide to hash out their issues. When Bethenny finally decides to hear John out, it escalates into another confrontation, but seeing Dorinda upset, Bethenny decides to extend an olive branch to him. The next day, Jules decides to hosts a brunch, but when Bethenny gives her unwanted opinion on the state of Jules and Michael's unfinished home, she confirms Jules's unfavorable impression of her.

Jules airs her grievances to Dorinda and Carole concerning Bethenny's abrasiveness during the Hamptons trip. Bethenny gains a newfound respect for Jules when Jules opens up about a personal struggle. Meanwhile, Ramona finally tells Sonja why she has avoided spending time with her. Then, Ramona hosts an eventful birthday lunch where Luann makes a regifting faux pas, Bethenny confronts Luann about her behavior over the summer, and Dorinda delivers a double-edged toast.

Carole hosts a psychic session that turns ugly when Dorinda gets an unexpected reading that leads to raised voices between her and Ramona. Later, Jules opens up to Carole about turning her struggles into positive actions to help others. At Sonja's birthday party, Luann and Ramona bicker over Luann's influence on Sonja and Luann's ill-received birthday gift to Ramona. And Sonja reveals her latest business venture that immediately causes concern amongst some of the women.

When Sonja stops by Bethenny's office for a chat with her friend and mentor, she is caught off guard by Bethenny's response to her new business. Meanwhile, Luann officially moves in with Sonja, Jules hunts for a new nanny, and Carole fosters a kitten while working on a vegan cookbook with Adam. Luann's former ex causes a scene at a party hosted by Dorinda and her boyfriend, John. When Ramona and John get into an argument over the incident, it's Dorinda and Ramona who find themselves on the outs after an epic sidewalk screaming match.

Bethenny hosts a holiday gift exchange party where the hot topic of discussion is a trip to the Berkshires. During a walk with Sonja, Dorinda gives her some disappointing news. Luann introduces her new boyfriend to Dorinda and Jules at an intimate couples dinner. In the Berkshires, the women discover Ramona shares a past with Luann's man. As Bethenny arrives, the revelation that Luann is living with and "mentoring" Sonja leads to a major confrontation with Luann.

The holiday spirit hits a rough patch of ice at Dorinda's Berkshires holiday party, when tensions between Luann and Bethenny reach explosive levels. Ramona gets wrapped up in the chaos and accuses Luann of breaking the girl code. As Luann attempts to defend herself, Dorinda has an epic meltdown of her own. Meanwhile, Jules' first weekend away with the ladies takes a turn as she is confronted with a family emergency.

The saga in the Berkshires continues with round two of Bethenny vs. Luann. Back in the city, Jules has to adjust to life without a nanny. Then, the ladies round up for Ramona's holiday party where Ramona encourages Luann to apologize to Carole, again.  Sonja's feeling the pressure from Luann and Ramona to apologize to Bethenny, but it doesn't go quite as Sonja had planned.

Still dealing with the fallout from her Tipsy Girl venture, Sonja decides to change her partying ways. Her roommate, Luann, has a surprising announcement of her own: She's found love with someone the ladies are familiar with. Bethenny invites some of the women on a trip to Mexico, but divides the group as they vote on who should or shouldn't come. Carole gains a new perspective on her life after fostering a kitten. On a double date with Dorinda and John, Jules hits a boiling point with Michael, and, Bethenny has a conversation with Luann that leaves her speechless.

It feels like old times for Ramonja as Ramona and Sonja get their friendship back on track and plot how Sonja can get back in good graces with Bethenny. Jules shares a secret business project with Michael, who is both surprised and impressed. Bethenny has a health scare on a shopping trip with Dorinda. And as the ladies round up for a high society dog wedding, Dorinda shares some disappointing news about Bethenny.

Carole meets up with old friend Heather Thomson for a winter ice skate in the park. Sonja takes a trip down memory lane with Dorinda when she attempts to clean out her basement. Bethenny gets news about her health that she's not prepared to hear. At Luann's cocktail party, Ramona tries to convince Luann she needs to mend fences with Carole, but Luann's not having it.

Despite her health issues, Bethenny glams it up for a Skinnygirl event at Dylan's Candy Bar. With their friendship back on track Ramona and Sonja upgrade their moves with a dance lesson. Jules's sees her plastic surgeon to get an update on her injury.  Later, Carole accompanies Bethenny when she gets a second opinion on her health issues. After a get together, Dorinda clues Luann into the rumors that Ramona has been spreading about her. When the ladies get together for drinks, Luann confronts Ramona and Sonja shares shocking news about her relationship with Tom, Luann's boyfriend.

Riled up from listening to the girls talk badly about Luann after she leaves the group dinner, Jules gives Bethenny a piece of her mind. After insulting Luann at the dinner, Ramona attempts to ease tensions with her, but Luann's not ready to let Ramona off the hook. Sonja hosts an elegant dinner party for Dorinda, Jules and their men, and is pleasantly surprised by the blind date she's been set up with. The ladies hit the road for Mohegan Sun giving Sonja a chance to finally talk to Bethenny.

The ladies arrive for a night of fun at the Mohegan Sun Casino and everyone is in good spirits as the dining, dancing and gambling gets in full swing. Once back in the city, Carole and Adam discuss their future and the future of their cookbook that's still a work in progress. Ramona has conflicting discussions with both Sonja and Dorinda about planning Luann's engagement dinner. Bethenny packs for a short, but ill-advised trip with Bryn. Jules gets professional help to potty train Rio. And Luann's engagement dinner serves up a new trip announcement.

After cancelling Mexico and Hawaii because of Bethenny's health issues, the ladies decide to vacation in Miami. While excited about the trip, the ladies are conflicted about Luann's last-minute engagement party in Palm Beach. Ramona has unresolved issues with Luann while Sonja has unresolved issues with Tom. Jules visits her parents in Boca Raton. Bethenny visits with a friend in Miami and reveals she has information that may jeopardize Luann and Tom's future together.

With Luann's engagement party fully underway, the ladies celebrate in style with mixed emotions and mixed cocktails. On a morning yacht cruise, Jules struggles with long-distance parenting. Sonja's feelings about Luann's engagement finally surface, while tensions between Luann and Ramona boil over. The ladies arrive in Miami and meet up with Bethenny who she tries to determine the severity of the secret/scandalous information she's been given.

Bethenny shares a damaging secret about Luann's relationship with some of the ladies. Out on the town Luann continues to gloat about her engagement, while Bethenny and Sonja do some undercover work and make a confrontational phone call. Once again Dorinda's plans for the group don't work out as the ladies split up for the day, causing frustrations to surface at dinner. The final morning in Miami opens the door for an upsetting conversation that leaves Bethenny no choice but to share this scandalous secret to the person it could hurt the most.

On the last morning in Miami, Bethenny reveals incriminating information about Tom, leaving Luann devastated; Dorinda tells Ramona she received a threatening call from Tom; Bethenny throws a Mexican-themed party with a piñata filled with jewelry.

Dorinda relives her toughest, most embarrassing moments with John; the women dish on Luann's ex-boyfriend, Rey, and delve into Ramona's love life; the accusations fly as the women rehash their trip to Massachusetts; Andy Cohen hosts.
