The Restaurant Wars

The Restaurant Wars follows a couple of the country's top chefs as they battle it out to try and open Manchesters first Michelin-starred top restaurant in over thirty years. Aiden Bryne and Simon Rogan have hugely different visions. Simon has decided to transform the historic Midland Hotel to attract the Manchester high society. Aiden has a budget of around £5 million to create a vast, glitzy warehouse conversion in the city.
