Glyn Tucker lives with his mother Peggy and his two sons Billy and Bobby Tucker. The multigenerational family are constantly looking for ways to bring in more money via their ‘legitimate' catering business whether it's selling wine or furniture removal. Money is tight, their tempers are short and a brush with the local constabulary is never too far away.
Glyn gains a reputation as a hard man then finds himself in serious peril.
Glyn's attempt at pigeon racing leads to a war with Murphy. Billy takes on a landscaping job from hell. And Bobby and Natalie get close.
Glyn takes charge of the club with disastrous consequences, as his past comes back to haunt him. Billy thinks he's going bald and the brothers have a big decision to make.
Glyn feels neglected on his birthday and takes drastic action. Billy gets devastating news, and Murphy has a gamble.
A double party in the Tuckers' houses leads to major revelations. Glyn starts a dog walking service and Peggy takes on more than she can handle.
