The World Cook

Sixteen world class cooks are paired up over two halves of non-stop action. Tasked with serving a signature dish that represents their home nation, each will be vying to beat their opponent in the hope of becoming one of eight quarter finalists. It's time for 'Catch of the Day' as the first pair of quarter finalists hit local markets and go fishing for their must-use ingredient. Featuring Fred, Emma and guest judge Daisy Lowe.

The culinary heritage of Italy; the stunning sights of Sorrento; learning from the masters of pastries and pastas - with a twist! Featuring Fred, Emma and guest judge Chiara Maci.

The World Cook concludes with an epic head-to-head.  Our two finalists discover traditional techniques; face their most difficult challenges yet; and create a gourmet signature menu for discerning diners, guest judges Marcus Wareing, Grace Dent & Jonathan Lopez as well as Fred and Emma.
