Strong-willed and star-struck, Angie guns for a job as a bodyguard and gains access to Xu Yi-hang, the A-list heartthrob she fancies.
Talent agent Sophia instructs Angie to hide her triad links. As Lin Gui scrambles to cover her tracks, Angie proves her worth to a reluctant Ling Yun.
Yi-hang reveals to Angie his "fauxmance" with Ling Yun, whose troubled past comes to light. Angie hears Sophia's heart-rending family story.
As sparks fly between Angie and Yi-hang, Ni Kun mobilizes all resources to locate his renegade daughter. Wang Jin-guo tightens the screws on Ling Yun.
Angie and Eddie reconnect after Yi-hang's shocking press announcement. Sophia phones Chen Da-hui, her ex-husband, days ahead of his departure.
Angie confronts Wang Jin-guo, Eddie intervenes when Yi-hang approaches Angie, and a new threat emerges for Ling Yun and Yi-hang.
