Recovery op Steve rescues a broken down dustcart from a busy London street. Recovery op Jim gets drenched as he risks life and limb trying to rescue a tractor. On the night shift, Jason faces a battle to rescue an articulated lorry that has crashed down a steep ditch off the A1.
Steve is called to the scene of an overturned gas tanker that may be leaking highly flammable propane. Sean is asked to pick up an abandoned scaffolding lorry that is blocked in on a dead end street, locked and with no key.
Things are far from simple for the recovery crews this week. When a loaded HGV suffers a puncture on a busy motorway, Crouch recovery op Jim Howard and heavy vehicle mechanic Jack Watson, are called to the scene.
