Pete has a change of heart about dumping Melissa, but she dumps him when Berg reveals Pete's original plan

Berg steals a Celtics championship banner for Pete, who's upset that he wasn't chosen to sit with the players during a game---but Berg was.

As an anniversary gift to Pete, Melissa plans to move into his building, but her gesture doesn't match his gift for her---a toaster. Meanwhile, Berg tests a women's lotion.

Pete and Berg run a softball team made up of strong female college players---and one awful pitcher. But Pete, who wants to date her, won't dump her.

To cure Pete from fear of rebounding, Berg sets him up with a patient who won't be in town for long.

To spend time with a girl he secretly likes, Berg hosts a party for Pete. Pete agrees to the scheme on one condition: Berg must reveal his feelings.

Pete begins dating the "perfect" woman after Berg answers her personal ad on his pal's behalf. But she goes nuts when Pete breaks a date with her to be with Berg.

Pete gets upset when Berg plans to ask out his No. 1 patron: a lady who paints---with her naked body.

In a flashback episode that recalls how Pete and Berg met Sharon, the men vie for her affections, despite their "friendship before females" rule.

Philosophy major Berg lies to make his attorney dad happy and tells him he's a law student---unaware his dad's also lying: he's a sketch artist.

When Pete fights with his landlord over a satellite dish, Berg stays out of it---until one of the landlord's retaliatory moves kills his fish.
