Next Episode of Upstaged is
not planed. TV Show was canceled.
Using social networking, Upstaged will see the online community decide who they want to watch and who they don't in a live daily competition held on two competitive stages housed in glass boxes. Who takes to the stage, what's considered to be entertaining and who earns the right to stay each day will be totally in the hands of the public.
The first five weeks will be streamed exclusively on the web, whilst the last three weeks will be accompanied by programming on BBC Three. Members of the public will audition online to go into the specially-built glass boxes, from which they will entertain the nation in whatever way they choose. The public will then vote online as to who entertains them most with performers being replaced in one of the boxes every day throughout the run. The two glass boxes will be on public display in Millennium Square in Bristol, and for eight weeks everything that goes on within those walls will be streamed online or filmed for broadcast on BBC Three.
