Each week, Reza and Taylor will help a new couple decide if they should renovate one of their current places to satisfy their partner's needs and finally be under one roof, or if they should combine their budgets to buy a new home.

After eight months of dating, Lana and Sean, are ready to shack up. Lana's son is heading off to college, leaving her an empty nester in her 11,000 square foot Atlanta home. Finding love the second time around was hard enough and hope Reza and Taylor can help guide them to where they should call home.
