When a house has been left for dead, the Zombie House Flippers bring it back to life and into beautifully remade shape for top dollar. These flippers show the inner workings of this high-stakes world full of unexpected disasters, hidden costs, and quirky personalities. With tight budgets and short timelines, it's a mad scramble to finish these flips and make bank for the team.
Dolmar and the crew take on their biggest challenge yet: a waterfront property ominously dubbed "The Nightmare on Elmwood." With a collapsing roof, a crumbling sea wall, and a severe termite infestation, the house seems destined to sink--literally and figuratively. As the team battles to stabilize the structure and restore its charm, Dolmar fears they might be in over their heads. Will they be able to turn this disaster into a dream home, or will it end up as a total loss?
Dolmar and Keisha get a great deal on a property in an upscale, coastal area of Tampa. But in this case, location isn't everything. They soon discover, this zombie is literally falling apart at the seams, with deep fissures jeopardizing the foundation, the walls and even the ceilings. With major structural issues plaguing them, can they still afford to give this flip the high-end transformation it needs?
Dolmar and the team get a lead on a large single family home in the Tampa suburb of New Port Richey. This nearly 3000 square foot house needs a new roof and a lot of updates! Dolmar can't believe the price is so low, while Amanda and Keisha believe that means the risk for disaster is high. Can they turn this house into the pride of Port Richey? Or will it be a total bust?
