Every episode finds Tim the "Tool Man" Taylor causing his share of goof-ups and mishaps and leaving his long-suffering wife, Jill, family and friends to mop up the mess.
A peanut rolling contest interferes with Jill's plans to spend an evening alone with Tim; Brad anticipates his first kiss.
Jill grounds Brad after she finds out that he hid a dissected frog in cafeteria food at school. Brad then gets into more trouble which causes father/son problems.
