while his arm is still in the car.

In New Jersey a busy shopping plaza is the scene of a daylight shooting. Sergeant Rob Marks responds to a driver who has smashed into two parked cars. With an open alcohol bottle in the car it doesn't look good for the driver, but Rob discovers another reason she shouldn't have been behind the wheel. All units respond to a 911 call for a driver with a gun. It takes a dangerous turn when the driver tries to escape on foot and the gun goes missing.
In Fairfield, New Jersey a 911 call about stolen gas leads Lieutenant Frank Stacey to a local school. In the neighbouring City of Clifton, a reported carjacking is not what it appears and an illegal right turn gives Patrol Officer Matt Rugel his biggest ever drugs bust.
