Marty embarks on a moose hunt, luring a bull within his sights. Meanwhile, Mike's relentless pursuit of foxes yields a collection of prize pelts. As Bret sets his sights on trapping wolves, Ivy balances duties at the homestead and skins the day's haul. Mike crafts a bridge from driftwood logs to traverse a rushing river. On the coastline, as provisions run low, Cub secures a deer to stave off hunger. And Daniel navigates swift currents, venturing to a secluded island to trap elusive river otters.
Buried under record snowfall, Marty fights to heat his cabin and maintain his trapline. Lauro and Neil brave the icy Yukon River with their sled dogs, while Mike ingeniously crafts a driftwood windmill to power his homestead.
