Nicolette is facing a lawsuit for stealing and causing emotional distress. Her lawyer Tim suggests she blame it on someone else, but she declines. Meanwhile, Hendrix is dealing with the aftermath of losing an illegally occupied house, and Jay is preoccupied with his situation. Mackenzie tries to lighten the mood, but Jay remains focused on Hendrix.
Nicolette attends a blackjack game at No 24, hosted by Kane. She wins the game and declines Kanes offer of a drink, instead opting to drink with the other women. After Kane leaves, Nicolette discovers that he is planning to transfer the house and decides to investigate further.
Dipi and Shane reconciled, and Kyle cooked his fathers dish for the competition. He won, and Dipi and Shane celebrated with him.
Kyle and Roxy finish preparing Garys dish and wait for the judges arrival. The next day, Jacinta arrives and tastes the dish, declaring it the winner of the competition. Kyle and Roxy are overjoyed and celebrate their victory.
Clive tried to explain to Jane that he was just helping Sheila out with some issues, but Jane was unconvinced. Meanwhile, Amy and Shane were arranging their first date and Kane was hosting a game at Number 24. Sheila remained hopeful that Clive would end things with Jane and be with her instead.
Shane is injured in a pizza oven explosion, and everyone rushes to help him. Hendrix calls an ambulance, and they all go to the hospital. Yashvi discovers the cause of the explosion, and Dipi questions Jay about Hendrixs involvement. Meanwhile, Chloe and Nicolette are surprised, and Ned and Terese are worried. Amy is excited to see her designs on the staff at the hospital.
Hendrix is investigated for his involvement with Kane, a criminal involved in gambling. Nicolette apologizes to Aaron and David for not telling them about Kane and Hendrixs gambling, but is no longer welcome at the Sonya Foundation. Meanwhile, Paul is worried about Harlow, who is missing, and Yashvi informs Hendrix that Kane is missing and may have associates from the gambling ring.
Paul, Terese, Hendrix, Chloe, Roxy, Kyle, Aaron, David, Yashvi, and Nicolette all join forces to find Harlow. They eventually discover that she was kidnapped by Kane, a former member of The Shed.

Bea and Levi discuss trying out their go-kart at a nearby place with bush tracks, but Levi prefers to test it out near their home first. Roxy and Kyle plan to celebrate their safety at The Pavilion, while Nicolette prepares for her ultrasound and suggests a get-together for Chloes birthday.

Chloe apologises for accusing Nicolette of being manipulative and Nicolette admits to orchestrating Pierces affair. Chloe is hurt and their friendship appears to be in jeopardy.
David, Aaron, and Nicolette are worried about Brent, who ran off after a confrontation with Kyle. They try to ask Brent about his bruises, but he remains unresponsive. To find out more information, Aaron and David decide to call Brents brother, Emmett. However, when they return outside, Brent has already left. Paul believes Brent is not their responsibility, leaving Nicolette frustrated.
Shane, Amy, Toadie, Yashvi, and Ned are at The Waterhole discussing Shanes recent adventure with Amy.
