The series follows property owners who are having difficulty selling their home. The show is hosted by property expert Andrew Winter, who is joined by landscaper Charlie Albone, and interior designer Shaynna Blaze. The team initially assess the property, and then proceed with a renovation to boost the property's appeal and salability. The property is then put up for sale and the result is shown at the end of each episode.
Greg and Marge have been trying to sell their Chatswood property for 17 months, probably 15 months longer than necessary given it's a four-bedroom house on a big block in a highly prized suburb. Will they have to wait another 17 months to sell?
Steve and Louise have had their Kallangur house, just north of Brisbane, on the market for 11 months. But after being trashed while being rented, it needs a lot of work before getting a sale.
In 2009, Tom bought this three-bedroom cottage for his 21-year-old son, Paul, who was holidaying in Croatia. He paid $476,000 for it and thought he'd bagged a bargain, but unfortunately Paul didn't want it. Will he sell it for the profit he expects?
