The property is then put up for sale and the result is shown at the end of each episode.

Julia and Pat need to downsize, but they've had no offers in 12 months. The team are up against a messy layout, '90s decor and an inflated asking price. Will they find a buyer for this misfit family home?
Trevor and Susan are keen to sell their eccentric gallery home after Susan's cancer diagnosis. The layout is convoluted, which is putting the buyers off. Can the team work their magic to achieve a much needed sale?
Mother and daughter Maria and Marissa have a thriving business operated out of a windmill. They've decided to move on, but this quirky restaurant-cum-residence hasn't exactly been a real estate success story.
Ariana and Melissa are selling their tenanted country home to fund a move closer to the coast. They need to sell before they can move with their three young sons and will need every ounce of help to achieve a sale.
Michael needs a sale to fund his future after knee issues forced him into retirement. Buyers are turned off, thinking it's a battle axe block - can Andrew, Charlie and Shaynna find a buyer?
Andrew, Charlie and Shaynna are about to face their greatest challenge in a thrilling double-episode makeover. "Old Linton" is a country manor in Yass, which boasts 46 rooms, including a library, stables and a ballroom! The interior of the house spans almost an acre. This historic house was a Gatsby-style mansion in the 1920s and a home for injured war veterans in the 1940s. Now owners Karina and Stephe are struggling with the upkeep of this massive property. It's time to sell up – but who would take on a crumbling castle in the middle of the countryside? Andrew must think outside the box for this one. A property of this scale needs a global marketing strategy, so Andrew returns to his old stomping ground – Mother England. After touring some of Blighty's most historic houses, Andrew realises the English really know how to reinvent old country manors. He decides the best approach is to market "Old Linton" as a B&B. It's up to Charlie and Shaynna to bring back the grandeur of this historic home and make it a gorgeous place to stay – without breaking the owners' bank balance.
